Mostly all of that stuff is just organic material in various mixtures and stages of decomposition. It's a lot, so it might be a good idea to hold off on fertilizing for a while until your observations help you decide just what nutrient(s) might be missing. Fertilizer is an ongoing treatment based on prevention and troubleshooting, and it's very often overused and possibly destructive to the little beasties in the soil. The only way to know if that growing media has enough nutrients would be with a good reliable soil test, which will give an indication of what is readily available to the plants. Keep in mind that unbalance nutrient levels can be as problematic as too little, plants need those nutrient in balance to grow well. For an organic grower the soil is, or should be, the most important part of the garden because you cannot grow strong and healthy plants in unhealthy soils.

grubby pretty much nailed it - you have a very rich mix there and I doubt you will need to provide any supplemental fertilization. The Bumper Crop's good stuff - I grow my tomatoes in it without much supplementation at all.

Thanks everyone for your feedback. I agree that since this is my first year i should take a moment an observe. It's so easy to get wrapped up and try too much. Good to know the bumper was a good addition. I've got most of my bed filled with veggies and herbs. That for now appear "happy." I'll see how they hold up with this fluctuating weather and rain.

My biggest concern would be the landscape cloth. The smaller particles are likely to filter down and clog the cloth, slowing down essential drainage from the bottom.
