Did I Fill My First Veggie Bed Correctly?

This past week I filled my first 4 by 8 12" raised bed. I used a 50/50 mixture of mushroom compost and topsoil, 3 bags of sand, and 1 bag of Dr. Earth Vegetable Garden Planting Mix, and 2 bags of Master Nursery Bumper Crop Organic Soil Builder. I put hardware cloth underneath to keep rodents out. I also put landscape cloth down (now I can't remember why.) After reading some of these posts I'm not sure if the worm castings in the builder will be enough. I don't think worms can get through the landscape cloth. Also, I can't seem to figure out If I will need to fertilize the items transplanted into the bed. I've read conflicting information. Some saying that the nutrients in the soil mix will be enough others saying the opposite. I did a PH test and my soil read at 7. Any advice for this organic gardening newbie? Thanks!
