I am not very hungry. I will fix my husband his usual supper and take up to him. His is oatmeal, applesauce, a drink and dessert. I think I will just have a leftover hot dog sandwich with mustard and chopped onion. It has been another beautiful warm day here again.

Mongolian beef, steamed rice, stir fried vegetables.

Had to cook in spurts as the electric kept going off. Managed to get it done before it stayed off. Now I'm dining by candlelight lol

Swiss Steak...Mashed Potatoes...Baby Carrots

We had a lot of errands to do today so went out for lunch. DH had fish and chips and I had a soft-shell crab sandwich with fries. DH had some fish leftover so he can reheat that. I will have a cup of tea and maybe a banana spread with peanut butter.

WalnutCreek: It's hard to find good fish sticks. I'll take the fries please.
Sue: I like to warm up leftover hotdogs and I have the same things as you on mine.
Angela: Another dish I've never had but would like to try.
Audrey: Glad to see the power stayed on long enough to cook that delicious looking meal.
Georgysmom: I'd take some of each of those dinners. It's nice he had leftovers so you could just make a simple/light meal for yourself.

It rained all day, lots of time to cook. :0) Fried chicken, white rice(made mine into Spanish rice by adding salsa ), sour cream lemon coffee cake for dessert.
