Blueberry Barbeque Sauce

Several of my customers have asked me for this. It must be a hot fad locally as I've never heard of it before and so many have emailed and called me about it in the last two weeks. Any ideas on what the ingredients would be and how to can it safely? They did all say they might buy it in a refrigerated state so canning it may not be exactly what they were looking for, but I prefer canned since being at the farmers market would have it sitting in the sun for 5 hours (but rest of them would be refrigerated in a cooler so I'd only need 1 for display to rot in the sun that long then tossed reducing profit accordingly). Quandary. Thanks.
