Boneless Chuck Roast as a stand in for a brisket?

Normally I'd be cooking a brisket for Passover, so slow roasting for several hours. However I snagged a couple of 2+ pound grass-fed Angus Boneless Chuck Roasts from (what I call) the "whoops we butchered too much" case for $2/lb.

Can I just throw these two in a dutch oven and cook 'em just as I would have done the brisket? Whadaya think, y'all?
