Advice: Would this bother you?

I was involved in a car accident a few weeks ago. Luckily the person who rear-ended me had Progressive insurance. They have been great to work with so far.

However, I got my car back yesterday. Today I find out that someone else has synced their Iphone to my cars Bluetooth system. I now have their phone-book downloaded into the navigation system and that persons phone is the first priority for use.

Am I over reacting? I just don't feel anyone has the right to sync their phone and download their address book to my car without permission. Just because it was in the repair shop for 2 weeks shouldn't give anyone that right.

I will delete them from my car (when I figure it out), but I think that is over stepping the boundaries of a repair shop. It's probably a grey area, but it's not sitting right with me.
