New build, Houston (Cypress), Tx
Comments (118)Thanks Elizablue. I got the palms from Beyond Paradise. They have a location in Cypress and one in Katy. They all are doing great and the triple Pygmy survived the cold winter which we feared it may not (I was in San Antonio when we got freezing rain that wasn't predicted so I didn't get to wrap it in a planket). The service and advice there was great too. Hope you find something you like....See MoreNew Pool Build in Beautiful Setting NW Houston, TX
Comments (33)Can highly recommend Best Backyard Pools of Houston for anyone considering a pool builder in Houston. Not only did Kathy do a great job building the pool in an amazing time frame, 20 days from first dig to water in the pool, her response time to resolve post completion issues has been equally impressive. I have had a few issues come up, none of which were Kathy's fault but she responded immediately by phone or email and had the necessary tradespeople out within a day to resolve the problem, fantastic service....See MoreNew Pool Build - East of Houston
Comments (49)The pool is filling! Acid wash today with pictures of the after affects...whats left...deck acid wash, decko seal, start up, and final clean up. Then we are off and running on landscaping and a fence. I was finally able to move my plants off of the shaded back porch today (until deck acid wash) to get the much needed sun they have been lacking! I can't wait to get it all together! I am posting pictures of post acid wash and filling - I will then post after it is full before chemicals are added - then I will get pictures posted again in a few weeks after it becomes the color we were so anxiously waiting for. Pebble Tec after acid wash - It is started - Filling ;0)...See MoreNew Pool Build in Sugar Land, TX (SW Houston)
Comments (36)myredfiveo - the sun/splash shelf is probably 10 foot wide (at the widest point) and about 6 feet into the pool area. We wanted a larger than normal area to accomodate 2 lounge chairs (and a nice play area for our little one while we wait for her to learn to swim. Decking is mostly rainbow pea gravel, but with flagstone inlays (2) and a light colored Oklahoma flagstone border around the edge of the deck to dress it up. Of course our first choice would have been some kind of natural stone, but actually pleased with the look. Hopefully get pebblesheen acid washed and polished today to start filling with water - pictures above are nice, but I can only imagine what it will look like with water and balanced chemistry!...See Moresuzfromtexas
