Showcase Gardens, while nothing is 100% sure, there are certainly places that are FAR more likely to experience natural disaster than others based on major yearly weather patterns or historical data. The rest of us would fall prey to something out the ordinary if one were to occur and this makes us usually pretty insurable as well. In my area, flooding is an issue (Seattle rain) but it is very unlikely that I will lose any more than sub-level flooring or something stored on the floor of my garage. Overall low risk.

This is a beautiful house; it looks practical, comfortable, thoughtfully designed inside and out, and very attuned to its setting. Discussions of natural disasters the world around aren't relevant here.

Cool home! I'm wondering if the furniture is beach-weather friendly. In front of the beach everything gets rusty..
