At least it's not in the "god" category and "other" instead :D You made my afternoon. I just had to pick up the orchid that would be a challenge :) and agree, there probably isn't much right or appropriate for its culture here. The "general info" I've been able to get about it so far is it needs a bit of water and a high level of filtered sunlight during active growth - well, it's had a lot of rain (to the point I was bringing it in to dry often) but the sun wasn't very cooperative this year. Give it a 30 degree temp swing, down to 40 in fall. No water from mid october until spring growth? All year it needs warm days, cool nights. House in the winter is generally around 70 day/night. It does get quite cold here for several months so in a window would be the only temp difference I could give it. Does any of this sound right or possibly hopeful? I should hopefully be able to eventually make the other orchids happy and bloom but the Cymbidium and the Encyclia will probably be given away free next spring (hopefully they live) to someone who would be better able to grow them. I would like to give them a shot this winter, hopefully they will make it. If not, I'll know what not to buy in the future. Thanks!

Ahhh oh ok yes I do see the page you are showing the same as your's. I thought you meant the actual individual forums pages. I also know why I don't see the Olympic people. I have my monitor set to fill the entire screen with the GW KT page so it is edge to edge all forum page no side edges with the people. If I reduce it to the size you have your forum page I see them there. I like to get use from full real estate of my monitor. Helps these old eyes. The snow covered mountain at the top I do see from time to time as the page loads. I love the no squint add on for firefox so I can control the size of my pages and text.

but my Claim is ready to go...I HATE paperwork! In addition to completing their forms, they asked for a copy of CA Driver's License or I.D. (that was easy), a copy of my Soc. Security Card (fortunately it's in my first, maiden---rather than middle---& married names) and also something to prove my change of last name (copy of marriage certificate should do the trick). Proving I once lived at the address their records had for me was a little dicier. Wonder of wonders I found an old cancelled check from Feb. 1973 imprinted with both my then name & address from that year. I also ran across my one & only passport from 1967 with the same info.if the copy of the check doesn't make the CA Authorities happy. I guess sometimes it's useful to hold onto old old records. Now I'll have to just sit & wait until the money rolls in....

You can change it to display what ever name you wish here when you post just go up to Your Houzz up top right corner then in the edit profile area go on down to Profile first name (publicly displayed) and type in what ever name you want to to use here when you post. Then click the green update button at the bottom of that page.
