Windows 10 Preview Question

As several of you I have been working with subject preview for quite some time. I used to be able to post comments or ask questions on the forum, but now I cannot do so. I have no idea what caused this. Any recommendations as to how I can post the several comments I want to make?

You need to be logged into a Microsoft account I think,, like Hotmail. If you cant post while logged in perhaps just join the insider.windows.com ,, you don't have to install it.

I am a member of the insider; one of the reasons for my being stumped about this.

Unfortunately once past Dec 10-15 there is little hope for substantial precip until after mid-February. Years with ocean and weather patterns most similar to this one rank in the top 12 driest over the past 113 years. 1949-50 and 54-55 are those years. One hope exists in what happened in 54-55. 16.8" of snow fell. A decent snow would help offset dry weather by how it melts slowly. Who is Accudean? That question comes from an long break from participating in the forum. I have missed it and hopefully my climate knowledge will be helpful as it was in 2005-06. I post about the climate postings and enjoy reading all of the terrific gardening tips from others. Dean

I could plant another Bougainvillea (the red bush up front)in the area in front of the telephone pole. It doesn't need much water and it grows really fast. I may be able to grow a plant from cuttings. Not sure. The lawn in the back could use some water. A Mexican palm in better shape (I think the two in front were transplanted without good dirt or watering) would do well with little water once it has been established. You should see the large plant the landlord cut down in the back because it was too close to the patio. As far as blocking the pole from the inside besides putting mini blinds on all the windows and french doors, I will be covering the entire length of the patio with solar shades. I have 2 eight foot shades and two six foot ones. I think I will have 2 of the 8' ones on either side of the 6' one. I will have 6' one rolled partially up so the dog can go out to the yard. There are 3 support poles which are a bit over 11' apart. So 8 + 8 + 6 = 22' which means that setup would work. The solar shades not only keep the space cooler but also create an outdoor "room" of sorts. Always loved having a covered patio since I have been here. Do morning glories like 110 or 115 degrees? The bird of paradise plants do pretty well, as does a rubber tree plant although the rubber tree seems to like the shade better. Yucca plants are good here. Roses are great too as long as you water them. There are two rose plants up front but planted too close to the door. I am moving those in the back some place. Thanks ya'll/ I[, not planning on haning it outside Donna, and that is a good question and I have no idea! I work with resin from time to time, and do know of someone that resined a window (costly), but I think the hobby resin will yellow over time. I used both Ge Silicone II and Weldbond (for the crash glass areas). Thanks Fldirt, I hadn't thought about that. I am planning on putting in the kitchen in front of the patio doors. I don't normally keep things for myself, but have decided to start.

Moderators can be strange and the ones with the funny accents can't seem to read English correctly. Maybe one read something into a post you made and banned you.

Well, now I am able to post. Don't have a clue what happened. Don't believe I've ever posted anything to be banned for. LOL.

The new build 9926 is giving me fits though. At first it was great. Then about the second day, there started being all kinds of problems.

It is so much fun though. I have done these beta tests for Windows for years and years.

Yesterday, to correct my problems and my botches, of the 9926 build of Windows 10 Preview, I went to the Microsoft link for downloading build 9926. Downloaded it to my computer, then burned it to a disc (this step is necessary because the download is in iso format). Put the disc in and updated my computer. This all took several hours. Everything is back in perfect working order now.

Good.
Think this build I've installed clean twice and refreshed once. Biggest problem is difficult safe mode.. goes to a black totally deserted desktop screen, so have to use commands out of task manager to run any programs or fixes. Otherwise, its stable. IE is faster than ever now.

I'm using a Local account and a PIN... and once logged in the Microsoft app things, stays logged in seemingly forever to those.

I can install it clean in 5 minutes from the usb iso to a ssd drive - and 'the cloud', onedrive, gives me back all my docs, pics, etc . So just install drivers and other programs as I need them.
