2. How should I light my dining area?
"I have a 1889 Dutch colonial house that has been re-done. The living room dinning room is wide open. I have chosen a spot where the dinning room works but I am having trouble picking lighting. I have decorated eclectic/traditional and love unique. In the picture the dining area is in the back. Any ideas? Thanks so much!" Click here to answer.

3. How do I decorate my bathroom?
"I'd like to redo the "master" bath in the house we just bought. Right now it's a little boring room with one window, a shower stall, toilet, and sink, with little room for anything big and fancy. Dimensions are roughly 10x8 feet, of which 3x8 is shower space. Any ideas on how to make this a more welcoming up to date room would be appreciated. While this is currently the master bath, eventually we hope to convert our room to a guest bedroom/bath, so we're looking for design that would fit this role. Thank you in advance." 4. How can I make my furniture stand out against my walls?
"I am having a difficult time decorating my formal living room. I just purchased furniture for the space, but made the mistake of painting the walls prior to having the furniture in the space. The problem is that the walls, furniture and carpet are all the same beige/tan tone. The rooms looks very blah and lifeless. My vision was for a contemporary, sophisticated, fun space. I am a very artsy person and I like to take risks. I love warm colors, but I also like to make a statement. If you have any ideas for my space, please post. I need all the help I can get. Thank you in advance." Click here to answer.

5. How can I balance out a wall with an off-center window?
"We have purchased a new build and I'd like to put my loveseat under the window, but the window is not centered in the room. Any suggestions on how I might make that window wall look balanced? Do I have the curtains run the full span of that wall or just the window? I'd also like to put a fireplace along the long wall perpindicular to the window wall. Will that work? ... Would love suggestions because the dining area also doesn't look like a lot of space for a dining table. Would love all the wonderful design help." Click here to answer.
