Hi all I had severe anxiety attacks depression and OCD and even tried committing suicide but finally beat it an unconventional way and wrote a book called Man, Interrupted. You can check out the reviews at www.amazon.co.uk and order it if you like. I am in Louisiana. my short insight is that once these anxiety attacks happen you have to have some kind of delay mechanism. Mine is exercise (jogging, walking fast, whatever you can do) as I know once an attack happens I have to take my mind and body elsewhere. I know if I let my mind join in this mental attack I will have trouble escaping it. I try and keep my mind and body busy until the thoughts start to fade. i.e. these thoughts aren't real so I will worry about them later and so on. I know its not easy but just wanted to give you a little insight on what I do. Best jim give me some feedback if you like at joebobmichael14@yahoo.com
