I like this book too, but I don't know why they couldn't have 500 colors or more, and more pictures! Yes it is true about the paint colors being off. I really liked a picture of a bedroom they had in a color called BM Seapearl. In the picture, it is a medium toned creamy brown, but in reality, it is one of BM's off-white colors and totally different from the picture. How did that happen? Did they get Seapearl mixed at 200% or something?

I'm glad I'm not the only one with this sickness for books. A gift card for Amazon...How wonderful that would be!! A trip to Amazon is always dangerous. You find one that sounds good, they point you to other great related ones, and one purchase turns into several... (It is also my favorite way to shop for library books, too, since some are fun to read, but not worth buying.) I just did some major Christmas shopping on Amazon. It took me a couple weeks to add, then narrow down to get everything just right. But I've got a new cart started already.

Hi Carolyn -- It's good to be remembered. I guess I just got busy. We moved (downsized) in 2011 and yet we still have two storage areas of "stuff" to go through, and, I hope, get rid of. And I waste too much time on Facebook. I still check in here on occasion, though, to see how you all are doing and what you are reading. I'll try to check in more often. Reading books for two book clubs and reading my own choices in between keeps me busy reading. But like all of you, I love it. Sorry to hijack you thread, Paula.
