Lynn, that's amazing--and dizzying! I looked up the Inclined Plane for more info, and read that it's capable of carrying automobiles. That doesn't mean one can drive on it, does it? I know I wouldn't be able to!

Joan, thanks for that pic today. I have lived in MN for 10 years now and am just now admitting how much I love it here for it's simple beauty, which this picture illustrates perfectly. There is so much to offer here. The only real drawback is the danged cold! I'm soooo happy that it's November and still not too cold outside yet--everyday I say "thanks" for that!! I'm not saying the "s" word, though. Maybe if we don't say it it won't happen?

Alisande, yes, the Incline carries cars, 2 smallish cars. It really is a very cool experience.
