Thank you so much for posting this, Moni!! Right now, with slightly less than an hour and a half left, you can still get the white, pink, snowflake (gray and white), coffee, and light yellow. I just ordered two as Christmas gifts! Yay!!

Lindsey, I ordered a pink and a brown, all for me. Christmas will be nice this year for me. Got a book, a tool set, and two cashmere scarves. Yeah

Good for you, Moni!! Years and years ago, I read an article that talked about how stressful the holidays are for so many people. The stress of having to fight the crowds to shop; the stress of the money that's being spent; the stress of worrying about whether or not you need to buy so-and-so a gift and, if so, how much to spend; the stress of what to give to folks, etc., etc. The advice that was given was that everyone should just slow down, and spend some time and money on themselves -- buy yourself something that you really want and would like to have. That way, it's not as stressful buying for everyone else, because you know that you've gotten something good, too.

I live by that. :-)

Lindsay, I quit buying Christmas presents.

Last year, my daughter and her family got the unique present of my presence at Christmas. I didn't know where I would end up money wise, nor do they really need anything.

I decided to stick to that. Neither of my girls, nor grand kids, nor my son in law will receive anything for Christmas. All have all they need, and can afford all they want. At Christmas last year I saw such an abundance of "stuff" being unwrapped... There is no way I will ever go back to Christmas shopping for anyone but me. I have never exchanged Christmas gifts with any of my friends... and if someone gives me something I will NOT feel like I have to give back, cause if they do, they break our rule.

During my divorce I lost a lot of tools, and I am gifting myself to resupply. I love books, and found a really cool one on Amazon which I own now... plus I have a couple for the grand kids when they come at the end of the year. The scarves are my luxury as well as I need one, cause mine are still somewhere in storage... no telling which box... beside, they are "just acrylic".

My income is small, and it has to last for everything. I am not going in debt.
