Do You Take the Time to Register a Complaint? And a Compliment?

I try very hard to do both. And one of each is going in the mail today. Yes, I did it the old fashioned way this time.

My rheumatologist's office is getting a long overdue complaint. They are usually pretty good but there is one gal there that is a real slouch. For 4 years I have tolerated her but I was lied to this time and am furious. She is the one that handles prior authorizations for the insurance companies and so when it pops up as needed the pharmacy cannot fulfill the Rx. She has had one to do for me for a month, I'm now out of medicine. She told me she had no record of anyone requesting it, I have the records showing when it was requested.

I had what could have been an ugly situation at Verizon when I bought my iPad, but the gal that I was working with was a delight. She was so helpful and so good at her job that there was no way I would have walked out and stiffed her on the sale. A letter of commendation is on it's way to her boss.

Do take the time to send in a compliment or a complaint?
