Exhaust valve lash is what controls the function of the ACR. Too much clearance and the ACR doesn't work. Just adjust the valves to the proper spec., whatever it is.

I am splotching a (Sherwin Wm's mixed) sample of F&B's French Grey, right now in my entry. It looks good but I need more light and maybe a bit of sunshine tomorrow to see for sure. I wanted something more grey or more brown, but keep striking out with this not-too-light entry. RH's Flax looks amazing, but may be too dark. One of my top contenders was F&B Mouse's Back. I was sold on that, but my DD keeps saying it's too much like the Baby Turtle in the LR and the Northampton Putty in the DR, both of which are adjoining the entry. However, I MUST show you guys a blog where they painted the bottom cabinets in the Mouse's Back! I wondered if that is a look that might work for Tammy? I've done two places plus kitchen cabinets, all with F&B. It covers really well. You can save some by using Fresh Start primer vs F&B. Then we gave everything 2 coats -- you get a lot of color depth that way plus the good surfaces. Cabinets are about a year old and holding up perfectly. Their gallons seem to go a long way because it is very thick -- much thicker than other paints. It has an almost puddinglike texture. Some painters don't want to stir it completely and they want to thin it down -- there are thinning guidelines but I don't like to thin it because the thicker paint gives the walls a velvety texture (in the estate emulsion). The stirring is really essential -- until it's completely smooth and even in color (it has more than the usual number of pigments, sometimes by double depending on the color and they can settle out.) Our regular painter likes it a lot -- it dries very quickly so he can get two coats on in the same day if necessary (though I wouldn't rush woodwork). The contractor who painted our apartment ordered what they needed and I had a lot left over. Like several gallons. So I'd go by the F&B coverage estimates -- depends if you can get more easily or need to wait for delivery. I have some pix of the kitchen and dining room if you want to see them.

I did kind of find a work-around for this issue. OK so if you can go to FB on your phone, it seems to behave differently. You can click the three dots "..." that is in the upper right hand corner of a post of the group or person you were trying to snooze, now click the hide option that is a little x next to the word "hide", at that point options for different snoozing will pop up and you can snooze there. Then when you go to FB on your computer, it will still be snoozed for 30 days. All this being said, I am using an Android phone with Android 11 and browsing FB with firefox. Hope this helps someone! It is so nice not to have a zillion posts popping up in my newsfeed from my old hometown's FB page!
