~ My granddaughter, once she became a teenager.

Easiest person to buy for?
~ My son. I know what he likes.

Worst Christmas gift you ever received?
~ I can't remember a worst.

~ White Christmas

When do you start shopping for Christmas?
~ The week after Christmas, if I'm lucky.

Hardest person to buy for? Toss up between my husband and my youngest son

Easiest person to buy for? My daughter

Worst Christmas gift you ever received?not ONE gift, but a whole series of gifts my family thought was *nice*. EVERY single gift had to do with acne removal. I had bad skin. I was mortified!

Favorite Christmas movie?Don't really have one. But probably the Charlie Brown Tree one

When do you start shopping for Christmas? Depends on when I find what I'm looking for and when the kids tell me what they want

Does anything hurt on your body? If so where? My right knee and later in the day, my hip joints will be hurting. Do you wear makeup? Not very often any more. I'd just sweat it off. I recall a time tho, when I wouldn't even go to the barn unless I had my make up on. Do you like the taste of beer? Ugh! No....but I like root beer. Do you pay attention to the little things? Oh, yes....to the nth degree, and then some! Do you like shopping alone or with friends? Hate shopping unless it is for groceries or junk, and I despise shopping with anyone...would rather go alone. Have you ever written a song? Yes. I used to make up songs (and poems) for my daughter. Does anybody send you money in the mail for your birthday? No, but sometimes someone sends me a birthday card. :) When was the last time you blushed? Last week....I walked into the restroom at Walmart, and it was the men's restroom....was a man standing at the urinal. Not the usual Walmart I go to...and the restrooms were reversed from what I was used to. I said, "Oh, my God!! Excuse me!!" Have a great day!! You, too.

What item can you not live without? My computer. Whats your favourite beverage? (alcoholic and non) Alcoholic ~ Dry red wine Non-alcoholic ~ Black tea, steeped perfectly Does it bother you while on the road people constantly switch lanes? Sometimes, if they cut right in front of me. What is the one thing that you can't resist? My DH. If you could command the weather, what would todays weather be? Just like it is right now...high 60's/low 70's, with a slight breeze, no humidity, some passing clouds, and the bugs playing their fall symphony. Have a great Saturday!! Back at ya'!

What color is your birthstone? Opal...pink with colors in it. What is one thing you donÂt like sharing? I don't like anyone but my husband or my daughter drinking from my glass. Do you dress to impress? You gotta be kiddin'. I wouldn't impress a rag man. What color are your nails painted right now Haven't painted them since high school. I have a badly scarred right hand, and I don't like calling attention to it. My fingers look more like talons (except I keep the nails short) than nails. WhatÂs worse, ignorance or stupidity? Aren't they about the same? I'd say refusing to learn is worse.

When you go to the mall, which store do u always go to first? I don't go to malls to shop just for the sake of wandering around shopping. If I go to a mall it's because there's a particular store that I want/need to go to, so that would be the first store. If u were rich, would u spend ur money wisely, or be a regular celebrity? I would continue to spend money wisely, with occasional splurges. When was the last time you ate a waffle? Weekend before last. Getting ready to have one in about half an hour. We've got a KitchenAid Pro waffle maker -- the one that makes two big Belgian waffles at the same time. It makes great waffles. :-) What time did you go to bed lastnight? I got to bed at 3:00 a.m. (this morning). When was the last time you made pancakes? Too long ago to remember.

Hardest person to buy for?
--DH's father. But we gave up. He really does not want anything from anyone. If he wants something, he studies and reviews and gets exactly what he wants. If he doesn't have it, it's b/c he does not want it.

Easiest person to buy for?
--DD. I could spent thousands on her if I had it. She enjoys anything she is given. So when shopping, it's easy to imagine her excited reaction to so many thing.

Worst Christmas gift you ever received?
-- Oh, wow. I really don't know. I will never forget this green dress my aunt knitted for me when I was about 10. It was straight and stretchy with a huge cowl neckline, and the color of celery. It had to have taken her a long time, and I'm sure she put thought into picking a style and color she thought I'd like. But other than the love that went into it ;o) I did not like anything about it. It was even very itchy. I never wore it, not once. Eventually I admitted to my aunt that I just really didn't like it, and let her give it to someone else who did like. I felt terrible about that.

Favorite Christmas movie?
--This might not actually count as a movie, but I love the Peanut's Christmas special. A classic!

When do you start shopping for Christmas?
--Always later than I say I will. Right now, I just have ideas, but haven't actually purchased anything.
