Opal...pink with colors in it.

I don't like anyone but my husband or my daughter drinking from my glass.

You gotta be kiddin'. I wouldn't impress a rag man.

What color are your nails painted right now
Haven't painted them since high school. I have a badly scarred right hand, and I don't like calling attention to it. My fingers look more like talons (except I keep the nails short) than nails.

Aren't they about the same? I'd say refusing to learn is worse.

When is the last time you had your hair cut dramatically? -- I had about 3 inches cut off last week, but it wasn't dramatic enough for people to say anything. So I think the only dramatic cut I've ever had was when I was 19 and had very long hair cut off (think Jamie Lee Curtis short). It was probably 20 inches of hair. Unfortunately, if Locks of Love was around at that time, I hadn't heard of them. I wish I had before/after pictures of my DS#1 who got his cut last week. He's 15 and has soft, silky blonde hair that women would pay money to have on their heads. He wore it longish, shaggy, it touched his shoulders and he was protective of it. We could make him cry threatening to cut it off. Last week, he announced he just wanted it cut. Now it's short, what you would call a "clean cut" young man. That was drama! Everyone who knows him was shocked! People were standing around watching at the hair cutters watching this teen boy make such a change, and all that fine blonde hair drop to the floor. I really regret not taking pictures. When is the last time you wore a hood on your head? --Maybe last week, when it was raining, I pulled up the hood of my sweatshirt. Do you like Dr. Suess? -- Yes. I like the longer books better than the beginning reader stuff. When is the last time you saw someone pulled over by the police? -- There is a lot of traffic around here, so the only day I don't see it is a day I don't drive anywhere. Have you ever been in a haunted house that was actually scary? -- If you do mean the commercial ones, I do not like them and haven't been in one since I was a child of about 10. I was scared then, and I knew the people dressed up inside. If you mean the presence of the supernatural, my mom and I are convinced there was "something" in the old farmhouse we lived in when I was a teen, we both had too many strange experiences to ignore it. But we didn't find it scary, oddly enough. Do you like to wear hats & scarves? -- Not really. I'd prefer not to be cold enough to need them. Do you have any bumper stickers on your car? -- No. My kids think it means I'm not proud of them. (Ya know the minivans where you can tell what school and sport every child in the family attends..) But if I started that, it would never end, I'd have 12 bumper stickers on my van and growing. So I just don't even start. I don't like that kind of sticker. I do like the ones that are funny, though, and enjoy reading other people's! I'm not bold enough to get ones that say what I really think.

If you took a picture under your bed what would you see? My athletic shoes and a few dust bunnies. What was the last piece of clothing you bought? a pink stripped tee shirt What was the last thing you searched or watched on Youtube? Never have searched but did watch the Mirror Image Twins on the subway....used a link from the KT, I think. Do you use soap or body wash? What brand? Soap....just started Burt's Bees Citrus and Ginger bath bar. I Love it! If someone dropped $200.00 in front of you , would you stop them? Of course! I would even chase them to return it. Do you say hi first to people or do they have to speak first? I always say hi first! Learned it from my mom. What is the last dvd you watched? Can't even remember. What was the last thing you ordered when you went out to eat? Small Spencer steack, charred on outside and rare!! on inside, salad with blue cheese and Italian dressing on the side, sliced tomatoes and relish tray. It also came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce. It was DH's birthday. Are you a dog or cat person? Cat person but very allergic. Did you talk to anyone on the phone before bed lastnight? If so who? I talked to my DDIL, my SD and grandbaby Jake, who hated to give up the phone. What color is your hair? Dark brown with graying temples and gray acting as high lights. Not colored and probably won't. I am 68 and like the way it looks. Have a great day!

Does anything hurt on your body? If so where? My right knee and later in the day, my hip joints will be hurting. Do you wear makeup? Not very often any more. I'd just sweat it off. I recall a time tho, when I wouldn't even go to the barn unless I had my make up on. Do you like the taste of beer? Ugh! No....but I like root beer. Do you pay attention to the little things? Oh, yes....to the nth degree, and then some! Do you like shopping alone or with friends? Hate shopping unless it is for groceries or junk, and I despise shopping with anyone...would rather go alone. Have you ever written a song? Yes. I used to make up songs (and poems) for my daughter. Does anybody send you money in the mail for your birthday? No, but sometimes someone sends me a birthday card. :) When was the last time you blushed? Last week....I walked into the restroom at Walmart, and it was the men's restroom....was a man standing at the urinal. Not the usual Walmart I go to...and the restrooms were reversed from what I was used to. I said, "Oh, my God!! Excuse me!!" Have a great day!! You, too.

Have you ever shopped at Victoria's Secret? -- Yes, but not in a very, very long time! Before Kids! Are you hungry at the moment? -- Nope, I'm stuffed, just had spaghetti and meatballs, very filling. Have you ever lost something when you had it on you the whole time? -- Every darn day! My keys, sunglasses, a pen.. After you send a text do you delete it afterwards? -- No, I still have every text I've ever sent in my phone. All 3 of them. ;o) Which is better Netflix or Blockbuster or Redbox? -- I have never done any of them online. I go to Blockbuster so rarely that a $20 gift card lasted me a year. I'm not the one to ask about movies in any form.

How many of us don't paint their nails, don't really care how the world perceives us due to how we're dressed, really value intelligence? Methinks we are a unique group..or maybe not.

It just may be that we are the majority.

My birthday is in August, and my birthstone is the Peridot, which is green.

Any beverage I have at the time.

No.

What color are your nails painted right now?
The color is called Aphrodite's Pink Nightie, and it's by OPI.

WhatÂs worse, ignorance or stupidity?
Ignorance is lack of knowledge, which is a "state of being" than can be changed. Stupidity is much worse, IMHO. It's a combination of ignorance and really bad attitude.
