well, ummmm, is that a natural area for that type of oak, or have you pushed its boundaries? if it's just heat stressed, and disease has not sat in, I would say give it a tap more irrigation, but seeing it's in lawn, hummmmmm. if it doesn't eventually convert over to the area its in, you might have to take it out. if its diseased, I would take it out now, and treat the area around it. don't want to chance trees that get BIG , for when they fail, the failure is normally BIG too.

Yikes, Lenny!! I think your extremely adamant statement of an absolute rule that nobody, ever, should ask anybody if they can visit, not ever ever EVER, is taking it rather too far. As you see from the other comments, many people disagree with that. Far from finding their relatives and friends rude or manipulative for asking to visit, they welcome it and even feel hurt or insulted if they don't ask, and do indeed like having guests in their homes, even 24/7. I mean, you are certainly entitled to dislike people asking you if they can visit, and to tell them (nicely) that no, it won't work out. Everyone doesn't have to feel the same about this. Everyone else's way doesn't have to be wrong for yours to be right, too. Because people feel so differently about this, it's important for the guest to ask in such a way that they acknowledge they are asking for a favor and in a way that makes it as easy as possible for the hosts to decline if they don't want guests. And for their part, it's important for hosts to avoid getting their backs up and accusing people who do ask in that way of all kinds of bad motives and rudeness. It's not hard to say no nicely. When it's hard to do, and we find ourselves feeling that someone who, if we are being honest with ourselves, really did only ask nicely was "manipulating" us or "making us feel guilty," usually it's because we really aren't comfortable with our decision (but of course it's more comfortable to blame them). Obviously, it's not always okay to ask. You have to know which relationships welcome it and which don't.

We didn't have room for a large Galley sink. We opted for two sinks in our kitchen. We did a 36" ledge sink by CreateGoodSinks and another 22" ledge sink by same company. We spent less and sacrificed the double ledge, but was worth saving the $$$. We prefer having two sink stations. The larger one is used for prep area and washing hand washing prep dishes and large pans. The smaller one is next to the dishwasher in same area where dishes are stored. The ledge option gives us a second backup prep area. LOVE IT! We did two sink areas in our house in the late 90s and did it again over the past year. If you can find a way to layout your kitchen with two sink areas you will love it!

I saw it and liked it a lot too. Not one I'd buy but I enjoyed it. I have a warped sense of humor anyway. I like "guy humor". The Hangover was another movie I enjoyed. I laughed out loud at that one.
