The first one or two might have been some sort of a rescue. Loyal was from her '05 batch of puppies and she kept him. Read above in one of the posts. She's planning on letting Isis have two more litters before that dog hits RETIREMENT so she can maybe get a female puppy she can't part with to keep while the rest of the litters would be given away again. But then she might get Sagira back that could also have litters of more puppies but she won't know until February. A female puppy could keep her breeding program going since Isis will be to RETIREMENT age soon. I don't think any of her dogs are spayed or neutered. I guess with so many animals getting nuked because there aren't enough homes to go around why is anybody breeding hybrids OR making more puppies of any breed that need homes with all kinds of low cost spay-neuter programs out there? These hybrids aren't exactly great family pets and they do seem to bite and kill a lot so why do it? These hybrids don't have behavioral issues, those are their behaviors. Her own husband said she should have known better than to get close to the sharp end. HELLLLLLLLLLLLO! These aren't great pets, they even gnaw on each other.

Hi! I mainly post on the Wintersowing, Cottage Garden, and Carolina Gardening forums but I always have to come look at the furbaby pictures. We are owned by six cats and two dogs. Oldest is Sadie, who was brought to us by our late kitty Cromwell on Sadie Hawkins Day in 2000. We took both of them to the vet to be fixed, but Sadie had been a shady lady and oops, it was too late. Cromwell (lost to heart failure 2005) Sadie (Mama Sadie aka Shady Lady) We were going to find good homes for the babies, but by the time they were old enough, they were family (and very close family - my husband and me and six cats in a one bedroom apartment). Teddi,Dave, Sofi, and Buster We finally found the house we wanted and moved it and moved in, so we were able to stretch out a bit, lol. Three years ago, we adopted Einstein, our little parking lot kitty, whose purr was bigger than he was. In 2005, I decided it was time for a puppy. I hadn't had a dog since my snoodle, Belvedere, who passed away in 1990. I scrolled the sites of all the area shelters and rescues, and DH and I visited many, but no luck until I found this picture.... We went hoping one of them was still available. Both were there and we of course couldn't break them up. The latest members of our family, border collie/dalmation sisters Maggie and Molly.

I love the ‘brown wood furniture’ that came to me through family members no longer living, those pieces have already made it to 40+ years and all I have to do is keep it clean so it survives unpainted and as originally assembled by Ethan Allen (why anyone would paint something wood and of quality I will never understand but people do it and often these painted pieces end up at flea markets after whoever had it got past their ‘boho shabby chic’ phase). I did give my aunt all the China in the pattern she and my mom chose when they got married (‘68 for Mom and ‘69 for my aunt) before the mister and I moved cross country August 2017. I have my own blue willow pattern set that can be washed in the dishwasher, and if I need more than 12 place settings then the kids can all just get paper plates. ;) I have a teapot, sugar and creamer in the pattern that are more display given that I don’t trust most adults with the tiny delicate tea cups and their matching tiny saucers - but I can still order a full place setting including those from bed bath and beyond at the store then have it ship to my house. My mom wanted to buy me a few more just in case of breakage but I really think I can get by with the 12 I have. Closets...oh don’t get me started on how much room I take up in the master walk in. It’s absurdly huge anyway but I have a lot of things in there and the mister has hanging room allocated so it’s all in the closet except his socks and underwear that are in the two dresser drawers of his very own instead of stuffed into a bin someplace in the house like it was before our move! And he has a big fancy tv! ...Right now is when I want to buy stuff like clothes for warmer weather but most of all I want to buy makeup to replace things that are close to needing to be thrown out. I’m hoping to manage restraint but I know I’m really just hoping to not buy ALL THE THINGS.

I thought I would hate wearing an apron. I only started doing that last year and I found I really like it. Great for picking one or two pieces of fruit and putting them in your pockets, Great for the cell phone and my clippers don't get lost. Also keeps my clothes much, much cleaner and less mud stained. BTW, I wear men's long sleeve t-shirts (shout out to Eddie Bauer). I can pick them up for cheap at Sam's Club (or when Eddie has them on sale for 50% off on-line) and the sleeves are nice and long and the shirt covers my bum when I am bending over. They are also roomy enough that you can move in them and they are of cotton which is much better for working in my garden when it is 110 F outside. The sleeves are too long so I fold up the cuff and it makes it so that bugs can't get up the sleeves and on my arms to bite me. Men's clothing like this tends to be cheaper than women's clothing, so another win. Plus, they are made well and last! Even with thorn holes in them.
