Tacos. I use refried beans instead of meat, chop up whatever veggies I have and add mild salsa and a drop or two of tobasco on top. Not traditional but healthy and good.

Soft foods...yuck!!! I had sinus surgery last Friday and still can't do any chewing for another week. I am sick of yogurt, broth, mashed potatoes, oatmeal, etc...

My dream meal for tonight is a crusty sourdough baguette slice topped with olive tapenade. My entree will be a steak with sautéed mushrooms and a ceasar salad and more crusty bread! A big peanut butter cookie for dessert!

Not much of an appetite for me tonight, so Robert is fixing himself a grilled t-bone, a baked tater, and salad. I'll have some yogurt and fruit later.

That Pork Chop Suey came in handy after Happy Hour. I prefer noodles instead of rice. With an Egg Roll. Now sipping Kahlua.

Soft food, yum. If you are creative. The dentist always forces me into beer and ice cream.
