I love the oldies-- Boston Legal, Monk, House.

Newer shows--

Dirty, Sexy Money

Mad Men

Also like the Kyra Sedgwick show, but I forget the name.

Now what else is new that is good to watch???

Brother's & Sisters, The Mentalist, L&O SVU (sometimes), Medium. We really like Crusoe, but I wouldn't be surprised if that show gets dropped before its finished. Most of the crime dramas I've become really bored with. They are really all the same to me. There are way too many shows to keep up with. I don't really watch much TV these days unless my Sharks are playing.

I've found almost anything I've tried from Stouffer's has been very good. I especially like their stuffed bell peppers. Their lasagna is also very good, they have a vegetarian version, too. Michael Angelo's for Eggplant Parmigiana. They also have a very good lasagna. Some of the Birdseye Voila meals are pretty good, as well as easy prep. Just put in a skillet and finish cooking. Not quite as fast and easy as a microwave frozen meal, but still speeds up dinner prep time, eliminates most of the work. I think it mostly depends on what kind of dishes you like. For example, I love meat loaf, and have tried every single brand of frozen meatloaf that is offered in the stores here. Haven't found a one that is edible, IMHO. But those same brands have other entrees that I like a lot. So I'd suggest simply trying different ones to find what you like. Rusty

Questions that some may think to be a matter of ethics and not the interpretation of laws rarely have black and white answers. They often have no clear answers. Or multiple answers. Or different answers depending on the perspectives and attitudes of those trying to make an assessment and whether there are any biases built into the thinking. I know nothing of it myself but let's assume patricia is correct, you can't buy a child. You can pay a surrogate mother to become pregnant and deliver a baby to be raised by the financial sponsor. Is that different? A sponsor can provide money for food, shelter and medical care during a surrogate's pregnancy, and agree to provide support for a period of time after delivery. Are these different? You can pay an adoption fee when adopting a child. Where is the bright line difference? There isn't one.

LOVED: Ted Lasso and Severance. Really liked: The Morning Show, and The Shrink Next Door. Central Park is quirky and fun. Normally I hate musicals, but this one is really well done. (Featuring Josh Gad and Kristen Bell, among others!) If you like Sci Fi, Foundation and For all Mankind are really good. I thought the first season of Truth Be Told was excellent, but quickly lost interest in the 2nd season. (they're different stories so season one can be treated as a standalone.) Disliked: Physical. I was semi-intrigued by the first season, but got so sick of it. it's a really negative story, and overall it's just not good enough to make that worth it.

Hey, I remember Thirty Something!!! It was a really good show, and ended too soon...

Love Grey's Anatomy but am sick of Meredith.

The best new drama is The Mentalist. It is so good! Simon Baker is a favorite, and he's great in this show. The whole premise of the show is good. If you haven't seen it, you should watch the first episode online -- it was fantastic. This week's show was only the second episode, so there's time to catch up. If you don't get to see this week's show, that's ok, but you definitely should watch the series opener.

Our favourites are House, Criminal Minds, NCIS, Boston Legal. That's cool that so many people like House. I liked his original team better than the new one though.

We have the Mentalist recorded, and haven't watched it yet.
I'm glad to hear some people recommend it. So we'll definitely be watching it Friday nite.

***Did anyone watch CANE last year??? It was hands down our favourite show. Just like Dynasty years ago....lots of intrigue
We were so ticked when it called cancelled. The strike messed up a lot of shows.

Don't you hate when they overlap shows so that all your favourites are one 1 or 2 nites, then there's nothing else on the rest of the week???

The Cleaner is the only drama I currently watch. I was going to watch Private Practice (I love Tim Daly) but I forgot (and if it was on at 9pm on Wednesday, forget it - I already watch Ghost Hunters and Project Runway at 9pm on Wed).

Lost has been #1 for years now, just as Alias was before it. (Love those J.J. Abrams shows!)

I also love Heroes.

I'm watching E.R. again, after several years absence, because it's the last year. I was a huge fan for the first years, but thought it went downhill.

I was a huge fan of Law & Order and the spinoffs for a long time, but have moved away in the past few years.
