Abc.com has a great site where you can watch many full episodes, I'll be checking out some of your favorites.

I'll tell my funny "Lost" story. I had never watched it and frankly it just didn't sound like my kind of show .... I'm not much of a tv watcher. A little Law and Order, used to watch Boston Legal, some HGTV and the RFD channel for horse stuff.
A few friends and one of my kids had raved over Lost and how much they loved it, so last spring when my mother was in the hospital for the second time in a month, I had run out of things to do. I was sleeping up there and spending 18 hrs a day with her and I was bored stiff. I was reading of course, but also wanted some entertainment. I went to ABC.com to see if they had Boston Legal online. They didn't, but they had Lost. I put in my earphones and decided "What the heck, I'll give it a try."

Well I watched Episode One, Season One. Wow was it good and not at all what I expected! I was riveted from the first 5 minutes. I started to watch Episode Two and my mother woke up and needed attention. I sadly took out my earbuds and resumed my Florence Nightingale role. Later that night, I was onto the rest of Episode Two. Then later as I was enthralled in Episode Three my mom wanted some water. I grumpily suggested that I had just gotten her water a few minutes before and couldn't she wait just a minute. OMG!!! I came to the quick realization that this just wasn't the thing to do! She thought I was "working" and I was hooked on a TV show!! I felt awful!
Later, DH Joe and I started watching every episode from the beginning while at home on the sofa with the laptop. An hour episode is shorter since you don't have all of the commericals and we'd usually watch about 5 a week. We had just "caught up" when the season premiere started this year. Fascinating show but you have to watch from the beginning or you'll never "get it".

By far Lost is my favorite show. I have watched it from the beginning, and 2010 is now a very long way away.

I love Chuck, and Heros is good, but I can take it or leave it. I got started watching Life this past season and really enjoyed it, but alas, they've canceled it. That happens to a lot of shows I like. I also like NCIS. The Unusuals is okay, I'll watch it because it's after Lost, but I wouldn't go out of my way to watch it. Southland is okay, too. Both it and The Unusuals seem to me that they are trying too hard. They also both have a character that's rich, and is a cop anyway. What's up with that? CSI Las Vegas is the only CSI I watch, and I don't watch it much any more since William Peterson left the series. He was definitely what made that show. And, another Sci Fi show I like on network t.v. is Fringe.

PBS's Mystery series are always entertaining.

On cable, I enjoy In Plain Sight, and Eureka when they are on.

Boy, I watch entirely too much tv.

Like Grace, I watch the horse training videos on RFD TV, and I like Machinery Pete on that same channel, LOL.

I'm getting extremely disenchanted with the Food Network because I can't stand to watch Ace of Cakes one more time and the challenges are starting to take over everything. How many times can I watch someone decorate yet another cake? Geez.

Anyway, I do watch the Travel Channel sometimes and I like Red Green on PBS. That's about the limit of my TV watching although I will plead guilty to watching Two and a Half Men a couple of times.

I watched American Idol for about 5 minutes until Simon opened his mouth. I knew that I could find someone self important and rude at work, so I turned him off. I've never seen Lost or Survivor and I think reality shows are just a way for the studios to save money by not paying real actors.

I do try to stay away from YouTube, LOL, because it'll suck up hours. It amazes me that I can see anything from Secretariat winning by 31 lengths in 1973 to Bobby Troupe singing "Route 66".

Gosh, I never even heard of these shows. What's wrong with me? I get hundreds of channels and watch about 10 of them. Of course 25 percent of the channels I get are in a language I don't understand.

I love Mad Men and I hope it comes back soon. I like The Office, Make me a Supermodel (stupid, I know), The Real Housewives (really stupid!!) except I don't like the NJ wives. Yech.

I like the HGTV shows, especially House Hunters Intl.

On HBO I like Big Love and In Treatment (although that one always leaves me depressed).

I watched Grey Gardens. That was great and Drew Barrymore was amazing as Little Edie.

I used to watch The Gilmore Girls, but that is long gone.

Of course I am following Americam Idol but that's about to end, too, for the season.

Between TiVo, Hulu and Comcast On Demand, I've got a lot of choices but little I really enjoy. I'll try some of the shows suggested here.

Did anyone watch the Farrah Fawcett show? I started watching but found it at times upsetting and at times downright dumb. What a loser her kid is. Very sad.

I love Top Gear on BBC America, makes me laugh out loud (as does Car Talk).

I like Masterpiece Mystery, How The Earth was Made on the History Channel, and of course the ubiquitous Law and Order. I can't wait for Eureka to start again on SciFi, and Dr. Who, too. I can always find something interesting on one of the History and Discovery Channel channels.

Usually I set them up to record on DVR so I always have something to watch.

No TV, no favorite shows.

Only two shows for mw. DH controls the clicker, and I'm fine with that. I didn't have cable until we got engaged, and for a long time my TV was unplugged in the closet.

These days, my two shows are:
LOST (have seen it from the beginning, every episode)
Big Bang Theory (I think I dated all of those guys. If I didn't date them, they lived in my dorm. The one I married is nothing like them, though!)

There are currently only 2 shows I make a point to watch -ABC's "Brothers & Sisters" and "Castle" which debuted this season on Monday nights. I like the actors, chemistry, dialogue and writing on both shows.

I'm usually cleaning up from dinner and readying for the next work day when "Dancing With the Stars" comes on. I've watched that this season, but I don't schedule it in.

I record "Oprah" & "The Martha Stewart Show" and play them back when I'm brushing/grooming the dogs, ironing or folding clothes.

DH turns on Boston Red Sox, Bruins & Celtics games if they're on, and during hockey season we watch college hockey on weekend nights - unless we're attending an actual college game.

I watch American Idol, but I am not watching it anymore.
I watch Heroes. That's it. The end. I do not watch anything else on TV at all, and I NEVER watch the American Idol finale. Two hours of garbage. I just call down and ask DH who one at the end of two hours.
And actually, I don't even watch Heroes on Monday nights. I watch full episodes on nbc.com at my convenience.

I have to restrict TV watching because I can be sucked into a good series too easily, then there goes another hour a week.

Since there is no Star Trek versions now I am free. (Although I quit watching Enterprise early on because it was so bad.)

Oh, oh, oh, how could I forget about Dr. Who? Sadly, David Tennant is leaving the show. After Tom Baker, he was easily the best Doctor. I've watched a few episodes on DVD of the spin-off with Captain Jack, called Torchwood, but it's much darker, and I can't handle too much of that at a time.

I agree, losing David Tennant is going to be hard, he's a very good doctor. Torchwood is much darker and more violent, I can only watch it in small doses, same for Primeval. The Brits do SciFi well, though.

News channels mostly (well that's mostly fictionalized anymore).

We are devout Lost fans. Lost is the only show that I actually sit down and watch start to finish. Monk - I guess because he seems normal to me.

I forgot about Life and The Office. Sorry to hear Life was cancelled. I also like The Beast with Patrick Swayze. I guess I like cop shows. I hate any show that deals with hospitals. I want to avoid them...not drag myself into them...even for an attempt at entertainment. I did watch House a few times and it was okay.

I never seen The Sopranos when it was on it's run because I didn't have HBO, but I started watching it on Netflix and went through all 6 seasons last year. Great show.

Lost lost me this season and I have no interest in the "reality" shows other than Project Runway & Top Chef.

New favorites are Fringe, Dollhouse, the Unusuals, Ashes to Ashes, Renovation Realities, Dhani Tackles the Globe & Anthony Bourdain.

Old favorites are House, Heroes, NCIS, Criminal Minds, Ugly Betty, Supernatural, Ghost Whisperer, Numb3rs, Graham Norton, Dr. Who, Torchwood, CSI Miami.

Don't have too many current favorites, but I did like RuPaul's Drag Race when it was one. We're still getting reruns of it, but once was enough. We do watch House Hunters and Property Virgins on HGTV, since we are in that market right now. After we close, we will stop watching it, I think. I do record Desperate Housewives, but Kevin won't watch it.

Oh, yeah, Numbers. I like that show also, although I wish they'd turn off the music sometimes - it gets intrusive. DH falls asleep during numbers every week. I love Judd Hirsch, and wish he'd be featured more.

Oh, Pam, your shows are my shows! I'm so embarrassed about my shows. Substitute your American Idol for my The Biggest Loser and that's my list. Oh, and add Top Chef when it's on.

NUMBERS! We both love it! (Sally, I have never noticed the music, I'll have to pay attention.) My favorite was once at the end of the show when Judd Hirsch was sitting with the boys in the living room and said something like 'let's just sit back and watch some old tv show' and they were all sitting there looking at the screen - and you could hear the "Taxi" music coming on from the tv - gosh I just LOVED that! Such a subtle touch :)

Oh, Woodie, I'm so sorry. I probably shouldn't have pointed the music out. The Taxi watching episode - I think I remember it and being highly amused.

I have to admit to starting to watch The Biggest Loser towards the end of the season. For some reason, it hooked me as I got to know the people and their struggles.

I don't have tivo so I usually watch tv shows by Netflix and after they are proven to be fantastic.
Last year was MI-5, this year, Monarch of the Glen, and 2007 was Foyle's War.
Not because I'm that much of an anglophile but because the quality is excellent.

Anyway, we starting 1-1 of Lost tonight. I hope it's as amazing as I've read.

24 & Castle.

We wait for 24 to come out on DVD and we watch the whole season in one marathon weekend.

Well I'm a news lover and then I watch NCIS..that is probably my favorite show follwed by CSI NY, CSI, Bones and some of the HGTV shows or sometimes the History channel, I loved the #1 Ladies Detective Agency..I have read the whole series of books too.
