I felt like something spicy and cheesy-gooey so I made nacho casserole for the first time. That's what I needed! And enough for leftovers and hubby requested I make a spicy rice to go with it.

Well that nacho casserole sounds delicious--is the recipe on here? If not, wanna share, Jas? Harry and I both like to eat out but we just have the ususal chain restaurants here, not like in Pinellas Co., where there are great seafood, Greek, German and every other kind of great food you can think of restaurants. Our Friday's were an adventure and so delicious and lots of fun. Some were fancy and some were holes-in-the-wall, but all good.

Sue, did you use a recipe from the message you posted? I never thought of celery seed, but when I was reading those recipes I thought that sounded really good.

No, Patti, I have not used any of the recipes yet. I already had mine made when I posted it. I do put celery in mine chopped finely. Lots of good sounding recipes though and will probably try a lot of them.

Lean Cuisine lasagna that I took to work with me in case I had to stay. It was my 8 hour day today and I actually got to go home. By-the-way, I've lost another 3 pounds!!! Got on the scale this morning and weighed 133, down 77 pounds.

Boneless turkey breast, steamed green beans and yams.

Andy is off to the hunting camp so it is just me and the cats! They had mackeral, I had a rare delmonico and a big salad....heading back to the kitchen to get a cup of coffee and a s/f low carb pumpkin cheesecake muffin.

CHEERS to you Kath. Congratulations. My house smells so good. All of Glenda's talk about chili got me craving it. I made white chili tonight and may make beef chili later for the freezer. That way when Glenda starts talking about it, I'll be prepared. LOL DH decided he just wanted a salad and I had some leftover meat mixture for taco salad so he heated it up and put it on his salad. The chili wasn't done yet. That was a good thing because I have a two day golf tournament this weekend. I'm all set for dinner tomorrow night. It was real good and I'm looking forward to another bowl tomorrow.

We're having sweet potatoes tomorrow night, Monica. Wish I had a turkey breast to go with it, but I'm sticking some ribs in the slow cooker.

Sue, I have 8 cans of tuna I need to use. I buy them in the spring when I see them on sale in case of a hurricane during the summer. I'll be sure to try some, too.

Patti, sure c'mon! I made some chocolate chip ones as well, oh gosh were they good! The plain ones are great for breakfast because they are not overly sweet.

I can't remember how you are doing it. Are you just cutting back on what you're eating, or something more structured like WW?

I keep saying I have to lose weight, and I do, but boy do I love my food. I don't need a sweet tooth, I have carb and salt teeth.
