Sweet-Sour Pork on Rice with eggrolls. The pork is something I've made before and I love it. I made it last night so I can reheat it quickly after work and I wanted to eat a dish of it last night. I used the last of my homemade peach preserves to make it. I'm bummed now that I didn't get to can anything this year since I had the baby this summer.

Probably 1/2 a filet mignon wrapped in bacon with 1/2 a smashed, roasted, red tater.

Probably chili. Twinkie mentioned yesterday that that would be good - with lots of cheese and onions and Fritos mixed in. Yum....

What are you having?

(a) go get something from the freezer and thaw it out, or
(b) show up at your house for fried chicken

Going out for dinner - it's our 31st wedding anniversary!

You guys are making me hungry. I'm tired so I was just going to make some grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup. I don't get off work until 5, I have to run by the cleaners and stop by Wally World so by the time I get home that will take all the energy I have left.

Yummy! I'm going to watch DH play a darts match so will head there directly from work (off 7 pm) and not home until 10 or so. I'm not sure what or if we'll have supper!

Sliced turkey breast,gravy and mashed potatoes, green beans. Maybe a salad. And I have a Mojito Wine Coller still in the fridge.

I had chicken fried steak for lunch and ate 'way too much, so tonight I plan on a pimento cheese sandwich and maybe some spinach bacon dip. In other words....not much.

Gosh--everything sounds so good! I'm making a sausage-pepperoni pizza and better get my rear in gear!

I've having a major arthritis flare-up and can't walk well or stand for long, so DH is going to go somewhere & pick up something for dinner, probably Subway.

I sure wish I could learn to make a small batch of soup! Always seems to make a full potful when I make it...no matter what recipe.

Cabbage Roll soup wasn't mine Sandy. I think I posted cream of cabbage soup? But I know I copied the Cabbage Roll one cause I want to make it too!

I made a salad with spring greens, 3 oz of roasted chicken, 10 chopped pecan halves, 2 tbsp of dried cranberries, mushrooms, mandarin oranges, with a lite poppyseed dressing. It was very good (but that pizza sounds better LOL).
