Wedding pictures

Whew!! It's been an eventful few days here. Our son was married Friday afternoon. Bigbaby and I hosted the rehearsal dinner out here on the farm Thursday evening. Most of Friday was consumed by the wedding and yesterday we were entertaining out of town family members that stayed overnight with us. Add to that the fact that we were having phone issues Thursday afternoon. The repairmen fixed that problem but, knocked out our internet in the process. Internet was restored late yesterday afternoon. In the mean time I've come down with a cold and was kind enough to share it with Bigbaby.

But, enough complaining. The weather was absolutely spectacular this weekend, the wedding events unfolded as smooth as could be, and family gathered from near and far to celebrate this wonderful day.

With my parents who just celebrated their 60th anniversary on Sept. 28th. (Yes, I am my fathers' son.)

    Enjoyed all the pictures and putting a face to the name. Same thing happened to me after DS got married in September..I came down with a miserable cold. I'm glad you felt well for the wedding.

    Sweet pictures, thanks for sharing. What a beautiful family and that little granddaughter is just precious. Went to a wedding up in Minnesota in Ottertail a year ago and it was snowing, guess I didn't need to bring my golf clubs, lol. We have had a beautiful stretch of weather, luckily for your bridal party.

    What a beautiful family and loved seeing all the pics... I have never heard of wrapping the car in saran wrap..is that a local custom?
    Who has the job of unwrapping the saran wrap from the car?

    I had never heard of the Saran Wrap thing either. Just something the kids came up with. They went to Sams Club and bought the huge industrial size roll. When they came out and saw their car Aarons older sister offered to rent him a scissors for 50 bucks. ;-)
