Morning everyone. It looks to be a pretty day this morning. The sun is out and it is 45, not breezy either. I am trying to organize more things and put them away. Many trips back and forth! I am also cleaning my oven, not hard to do that. I am in the midst of making some refrigerator yeast roll dough. The liquid part has to cool down before I can add the yeast for the first rising. Since I had a bit too much milk on hand before going grocery shopping tomorrow thought it would be a good way to use some of it up. It keeps in the refrigerator for 7 days. Of course if you freeze the shaped rolls, they keep much longer. However, I do not have room in my freezer for that.

Yesterday I picked up some of the black walnuts. I got hot and tired and didn't seem to get my sack very full! I had thought maybe I could crawl on my hands and knees to pick them up, but thought better of it as I might get stuck out back and couldn't get up!

I did ride my big rig out to do that and Izzi of course rode along and then got off while I picked up the walnuts that had the green hulls pretty much off of them.

At one point Izzi wouldn't come when I was ready to move to another spot, so I got on my big rig and started driving. Even though it is quiet, battery operated, she knew I was leaving and the poor little thing made a mad dash coming up behind me and of course I was watching her and stopped. She climbed on but was too tired to jump up on the seat, so I helped her. After that she didn't get down much, just sat.

I did drive my rig back and forth to sort of de hull some for today. Maybe I can get back at it sometime today.

Things for Goodwill are going out of the house today and onto the porch so we can load them up and take them tomorrow. This week is to be really nice weather. Right now here in central Indiana it is 46. How is your day going? Hope it is sunny wherever you are.
