I felt like something light, and hubby was feeling not that great today.
I made some quinoa, roasted some veggies, cut small, mixed together with some Italian salad dressing and feta cheese. We loved it.

Mine was quite simple. I fried some lean ground turkey, made a gravy out of it, and put that over a potato....had steamed peas w/touch of butter and salt as my side.

We're having a salad also, Patti. I didn't get to bed until 1:30 a.m. trying to get everything ready for this morning and this afternoon and to add insult to injury, couldn't get to sleep. So I'm very, very tired. Salad is made and sitting in refrigerator. DH will have to help himself. It has Hard boiled egg slices and bacon in it (and the famous bean sprouts) so it's a good main dish entree. That's it.

We are hitting the Atkins program in a very big way, we are still in the induction phase so we are really limiting carbohydrates even moreso than normal. So we had chicken cordon bleu breaded with ground flax seed and parmesan, roasted broccoli and muffins in a minute.

I ordered from a little Hawaiian food shack

Was really good and less than 10.00 fed both of us.
