I know that it's frustrating and upsetting when things don't work as they should -- I really do feel your pain. Unfortunately, some of these bugs are difficult to recreate because they vary from member to member. What would be enormously helpful would be for you to contact us directly and detail what your issues are. Including information such as a step-by-step overview of your login process, where you are seeing issues, the error messages you are getting and anything else that might have differed from any previous login experiences. Mike, I think you use . . . Netscape? Probably very similar to Firefox that I use. Go to tools at the top of the page>>options>>general>>fonts & colors. Choose minimum font size, colors, font type(some are easier to read-I like Tahoma). Don't forget to check the "always use my fonts/colors" box if there is one like in Firefox. Click Apply's or OK's back to your browser page. If you use Internet Explorer, change to Firefox. A little well placed humor there(IMO), as I really believe FF is a much better, faster and definitely safer browser. But if you use IE, go to tools>>internet options>>general>> colors, fonts. Don't know about font size in IE. However, with any browser(I think) you can press control and plus or minus to directly increase or decrease sizes while not leaving your viewing screen. Rick

Bob, When on the web surfing I like to sit back from the monitor with my feet up on the corner of the computer desk and the keyboard in my lap. I have my FF display set at Franklin Gothic Medium 20. It works much better than the default. DA

Thought I make a comment on something I found in relations to the inside bulbs staying on and possibly causing overheated compartments or even a fire on LG refrigerators. I have a Kemore refrigerator which is made by LG and I'm having problems with my freezer fan not coming on. Replaced the fan and found out that the fan was good all along and that it was a problem with the electronic control board (PCB). In the process of troubleshooting the problem I bought the wiring schematic of this particular refrigerator and came across an issue with the wiring schematic. When I physically dismantled the middle refrigerator vent and cool air track where the light bulb is mounted I found a thermal switch sensor mounted against the light bulb compartment. This thermal switch sensor is not depicted in the wiring schematic. I believe this was an after modification that was done. The thermal switch sensor should act as a safeguard against the light bulb compartment getting too hot and there by shutting off the circuit (current) to the light bulb. Evidently LG has been working at fixing the problem of the bulbs staying on while the doors of the refrigerator are closed. Now the only thing to do is find out if the refrigerator you have or are contemplating on buying has been modified with the thermal switch. Hope this helps.
