(But, hey, whatever you and the tarantula have going on, well, that's not really any of my business. ;) More seriously, I've got good news and bad news (but both are kind of gross news). The good news is that the worst is probably over. The bugs that came to visit your late neighbor probably laid eggs and then died off shortly after your neighbor left the building for the last time. The eggs probably took a couple weeks to start hatching, and that's why you're seeing them now. Pretty soon, they're going to figure out that they're not going to get the same deal their predecessors did, and head off to greener pastures. The bad news is that if you do have anything at all for them to eat, some of them will stick around. And in order to figure out what they eat, you'll have to figure out what they are. A google image search will probably do the trick, but not without your having to look at a lot of pictures of a lot of bugs. In the meantime, you might try diatomaceous earth. It kills just about every bug I've ever heard of, and it's remarkably safe for humans. You should avoid breathing it in any quantity, but you could eat it without ill effects. In fact, the best place to get it is from pet shops or feed store that sell it for deworming animals. (There's a cheaper, lower-grade form that is sold as a swimming pool supply, but that's not the kind you want.) It's a fine powder made up of little microscopic fossilized shellfish: the sharp edges of the shells are to fine to bother humans & non-insect-sized animals, but are just the right size to do the insects in. Ugh. They certainly ruined a panel of siding. There is supposed to be a kickout piece of step flashing for the first piece of step flashing. The purpose to direct water _away_ from the structure. The splash guard is no doubt taking a portion of the water and splashing into the structure. Per code; âÂÂR905.2.8.3 Sidewall flashing. Flashing against a vertical sidewall shall be by the step-flashing method. The flashing shall be a minimum of 4 inches (102 mm) high and 4 inches (102 mm) wide. First thing is to do a soil test. The recommended test cost $25 at Logan Labs in Ohio. Post your results here to get a custom analysis and recommendation. Then decide how you want to proceed. If you want to sod now, kill everything with glyphosate, water for 1 week, then kill what grows again with glyphosate. **If you are going to sod Zoysia, do a 3rd round of watering and glypho. If you are going to sod bermuda just the 1st 2 rounds are enough. Another option is to kill the weeds with Celsius and Sulfo, then wait and see. Water your lawn like was new sod and see how much bermuda you can grow in the next month. It won't be much, if anything but at least give it a chance. Bermuda is very resilient, you may think it's gone, but it's not. If you have tall weeds they will simply shade out the bermuda. Getting rid of the weed competition may open the door for some of you bermuda to return. You should have a good sense of how much bermuda remains late Spring/early Summer. No matter what path you choose you will need to start a good pre-emergent routine NOW to ward of Winter weeds and continue the pre-emergent routine for the rest of you life. Prodiamine Sulfo Celsius

She is much less "connected" than most people. diane_nj, the way the software is set up, it cannot be printed, nor can it be saved as a .pdf file. With new grandchildren, I'll be making plenty of photobooks. I've been making photobooks using My Publisher since 2011. I haven't made scads, but I've made enough and made them often enough to be familiar and comfortable with the software. I've used Blurb before but found it more difficult to navigate. If I cannot get this problem resolved, I'm going to have to change to a different company.
