A different way of reducing sizes

You know how the groceries are in smaller packages, and pricing is still the same as full size?

Well, because I am such a paper-addict, (and pens and anything related), I noticed this on the weekend.

The normal 8.5 x 11" sheets of paper are not always so.

They could be 8 x 10.5, so they are narrower and shorter.

Books are the same. A coiled book won't make any difference but if kids (or in my case, me) is buying sheets of paper that are different sizes unknowingly, they would be awkward in the binders.

ALSO, when we had exercise books and coiled books didn't they have 80 sheets in them, as an example?

Well they're labeled now as 80 "pages" which makes 40 sheets. Far different in thickness. So watch there, as well.

Just my little vent. Read the packaging. Other than that, I LOVE this time of year! LOL
