Have you read that she'll be going to a mental facility?

I did read she is going to appeal her lying to police convictions. Wow, she doesn't know she needs to quit while ahead.

I feel the trial should not have been televised.

There is no "cure" for a sociopath.

She has filed an appeal on her lying to police....because, if she wins, then her lawyers get paid by the state of Fla, and she cannot be assessed for any court costs at all.

I sense that she is not getting any big money offers, and her attorneys want to be paid, so they filed the appeal.

Although I (and probably her lawyers) doubt she would win, her lawyers probably feel that they have a better chance of getting paid by Fla, than by her.

TV said today she was going to California to some big shot plastic surgeon and have her face reconstructed or whatever you call it. Who knows what she'll really do. I think there's a lot of guessing going on. Frankly, my dear......

This whole thing disgusts me! I heard that at least one juror is asking for big bucks to talk about the verdict. The jurors shouldn't profit from their jury service. The appeal is laughable--they have enough tapes to prove she lied.

I was thrilled to learn to Equuasearch is filing suit for her to repay them for their search efforts. That is a wonderful organization, and I hope they win.

George Anthony has said that she is not welcome in her parents' home--good for him!

I heard that a woman who looks similar to Casey was driving down the road and another women purposely hit her, causing her truck to turn over. The suspect is in custody; the victim (who coincidentally has a young daughter named Kaylee) is OK.

Waste of time to even think about someone like this. Without media where would she be?? Too many people that really need help that NEVER get it.

I think Casey has to show up for her deposition in the Zanny the Nanny civil case. The deposition is scheduled for Tuesday, July 19th.

No big money offers? A million isn't enough to start with? Because that's what one producer is offering her for her fist interview.

Besides, people--admirers?--have been sending her checks to the jail. She's apparently got a bit already.

No, I don't see where she'd be taken to any kind of treatment facility--she was judged competant just about 2 weeks ago.

People need to get real about this. At least take time to learn the basics of the justice system. May come in handy sometime. Anyone can find themselves at the defendants table in a courtroom. Better bone up now in case you get a jury of "your" peers that think it's OK to decide on their "feelings" about a matter rather than law.

Well, without some credible proof, most of the scenarios mentioned so far are nothing more than rumor. The local news here tonight had a story about the possibility of her moving to Texas. They had interviews with people and showed google hits stating the same. Nothing is confirmed including the rumor she has relatives here.

All I know for sure is she was found guilty of lying and when she serves her time and pays the court ordered fine, she is free to do whatever she pleases.

no way will she get "help" -that's the last thing she thinks she needs. I have a hard time believing she'll even lay low -she loves the spotlight and attention too much, plus she's convinced herself she hasn't done anything wrong. her "people" are more worried than she is -you know the ones who believed her all along and would let her babysit their children,ha!

The depositions have been rescheduled for a day in October, 2011.

Thank you to those who seem to have a good handle and understanding of how the legal system works, and sharing it with us. I think a lot of the posts, from members like me, is mostly personal opinion and wishful thinking of what we would like to see happen to Casey and how we wish things had turned out. In my opinion, there is room on this site for our thoughts, and the expertize of the 'experts' without chastising and belittling. Personally, I wish Casey would take a long walk on a short pier.

Taking her out in tinted windowed vehicles?? Take her out in the trunk of a car and dump her in the woods with duct tape on her mouth.Thats all she deserves.

I agree with those that think Casey Anthony will be unable to stay out of the spotlight for very long. She has spent most of her life 'being in charge' of those around her, and is used to getting away with everything. At the very least, I'm sure the acquittal has done nothing to change her opinion of her self in that regard.
The jury has rendered their verdict, an no matter how we feel about it (or them), we have to accept it. But do we have to respect it? No!

I think the interest is waning and the juror will not get top dollar anymore. Casey is narcissistic and won't go into hiding. She is a woman with out conscience, and I wish the very very worse for her thru out her life.
