Casey Anthony's parents on Dr. Phil

Talk about a way to take all credibility out of your STORY!! Why do they bother?

I'll certainly be watching. He said he asked them "hard questions."

I don't care what he asked-Cindy was a proven liar on the witness stand. They are not getting 'paid' but their 'foundation' is. I never once saw their last foundation do anything at all except hang a few posters.

" I don't understand what the big mystery is here. There is no way Brantley or anyone else would know the exact moment of contraction. How many times have you had a cold? Do you know who gave it to you? Maybe, maybe not. Do you know the exact moment the germ bugs entered your body? Of course not!" The difference is these healthcare workers were knowingly treating people with EBOLA..quite a bit more serious than the common cold. AND these are skilled workers who have all said they were very, very conscious of the risk the entire time and took all necessary precautions. They were not just casually going about their jobs and had an " oops " moment. Forboystoo, I agree - asking questions does not equate " hysteria " or " conspiracy" in my mind. If the projected numbers of cases in Africa does indeed skyrocket over the next months, we can certainly expect more cases to travel here. I think one projection was a million cases in africa by next year. ETA- this was was reported on the CDC site last month: By September 30, 2014, CDC estimates that there will be approximately 8,000 cases, or as high as 21,000 cases if corrections for underreporting are made. Without additional interventions or changes in community behavior, CDC estimates that by January 20, 2015, there will be a total of approximately 550,000 Ebola cases in Liberia and Sierra Leone or 1.4 million if corrections for underreporting are made. Cases in Liberia are currently doubling every 15-20 days, and those in Sierra Leone and Guinea are doubling every 30-40 days. Halting the epidemic requires that approximately 70% of Ebola cases be cared for in Ebola Treatment Units or, if they are at capacity, at home or in a community setting in which there is a reduced risk of disease transmission and safe burials are provided. Octomom has a new house

This whole subject drives me batty. This woman has been and will continue to be a stay at home mom on the backs of women who so deeply wish THEY could be stay at home moms but have to work - and pay the taxes that will be used for her to be a stay at home mom. Drives me batty/nuts and infuriates me to a really unreasonable degree. I was a stay at home mom but we did without so I could be. When I did go back to work, I worked with many a mom who used to be near tears for having to work when they SO wished they could be a stay at home mom. Today's world hardly affords that for mothers or their children - there is very little choice left in the matter. Unless you figure out how to get the other mom to pay for it. This woman is supposed to be taking courses to become a mental health expert. Can you imagine anyone taking advice about handling life's problems from this private and public leech? I suspect that this story will continue with a sad future for those children, regardless of how mom pays or doesn't pay for their upbringing. I suspect that the sad story began with the birth of the first. Everyone around here talks about her having plastic surgery (and fake fingernails) and where did the money come from? My big concern is who the heck was caring for the six children while she had all this stuff done? Who was caring for them while she was in the hospital on strict bedrest for weeks and weeks while in the later stage of pregnancy? Who cares for them while she is at the hospital, holding each infant for 30 miinutes and at her attorney's office and at her publicity agent's office and giving out interviews etc and house hunting and agent interviewing ad nauseum? Who is stuck with doing the actual boring, dirty, exhausting, demanding and necessary job of raising the six already at home and needing constant care and total attention that this parasitic parent created? I sure do wish that if the media is going to focus on this woman, this is the question they would keep asking. This woman deliberately created them but doesn't seem to feel the need to assume the 24 hour, around the clock care for them. Somebody (her poor mother?)is obviously is stuck with that end of things, SOMEBODY has to be. It's a disgrace. The feeling of entitlement this woman holds for everything she feels she should be given (including the daily care for her children) is astounding and quite frightening to me.

just saw an interesting interview on one of dr. drew's shows - with the woman who was inside the anthony home while she was acting as casey's body guard. she talked about this horrific fight between casey and cindy the night before casey left home -have heard this fight referenced before, supposedly knock-out-drag-out, but it was never talked about in court. she said her theory was that casey was so furious and sick of cindy's rules for casey and jealous of cindy's love for caylee, that that's what forced her over the edge. she thinks casey took care of things the next day while george and cindy were at work/not home .... and then started her 31 days of celebrating. this theory would explain all casey's hateful expressions toward cindy during the trial -remember when cindy mouthed "i love you" to casey as she exited the stand and casey rolled her eyes and snarled -and now the visit denial. and of course, i'm sure casey blames cindy for "pushing" her to do what she did -and further explains cindy's guilt which forced her to lie on the stand about the chloroform searches ............

My sympathy for the grandparents is extremely limited in this particular case. The grandfather, if you read is body language, has given evidence of being less than truthful. The grandmother is out and out lying. Does anyone who has children/grandchildren of their own believe that a grandmother could in any way EVER forget that they'd seen (and videotaped) their grandchild on Father's Day? No way. Yet this woman claimed the last time she'd seen Caylee was a week before that. She's lying. Why? Because she KNEW Caylee was dead and that week would buy the time they needed to claim someone else had 'taken' her--and, if the body was discovered and the time of death established, the family could then claim that the kidnapper killed her. I know that's all supposition, but it makes a lot of sense, when you think about it--and could still be used to some extent to muddy the waters, since there isn't any conclusive evidence about how this poor child died. The scattered bones don't mean a lot, after all this time. As someone said, animals could have done that. Or maybe even the water that inundated the area, then receded could have moved tiny bones of a small child. The duct tape, as I understand it is very problematic to a legal defense, since it implies intent rather than an accidental death. Still, just finding a dead child who the ME has determined died by murder, doesn't establish WHO killed her. Still going to be a difficult case for the prosecution, UNLESS they've got some conclusive proof from the Anthony house.

I found it, it will be on September 12th.

I didn't really follow the trial, though I did hear about it some on the news. I think she probably did kill her daughter and I am interested in what her parents have to say.

juellie, don't worry...you'll probably be able to see Kate and 8 on Dr. Phil, too.

I was appalled by the way Phil treated Ted Williams on his show. Remember him...the homeless man with the incredible voice?

I rarely watch his show anymore; I am so suspicious of his motives that it clouds my judgement even on those programs where he's not doing any harm.

There is a petition on change.org about this. Just signed it. Look what Jennifer Kesse's (missing FL woman) Dad had to say-

Many of you were outraged that George and Cindy Anthony will be guests on the season opener of "Dr. Phil."
One comment, however, stood out: It came from Drew Kesse, the father of missing Jennifer Kesse. Jennifer was 24 when she disappeared in 2006. Orlando police believe she was abducted from her condominium near the Mall at Millenia.

Drew Kesse complained that the Anthonys are "a disgrace and an insult to every missing person and their families."

Kesse wrote: "Lets make this very clear, Caylee was murdered. She was never missing and should not ever be considered missing at any time during the entire ordeal. Caylee has never been the center of anything since she was killed. Everyone else in her family has, but the true victim -not."

Casey Anthony, the daughter of George and Cindy Anthony, was acquitted last month of first-degree murder in the death of 2-year-old Caylee.

Kesse was incensed that George and Cindy Anthony asked the "Dr. Phil" show for a contribution to their new foundation named for Caylee. And Kesse blasted Dr. Phil McGraw, who interviews George and Cindy in an episode to air Sept. 12 on WOFL-Channel 35.

"Let's get one thing straight right now, Dr. Phil, you are a pimp for this garbage," Kesse wrote. "The Anthonys and this new foundation are the biggest insults to every missing person in America today. Dr. Phil, after the show airs and you make a donation to their new scam, have on real families of the missing."

Kesse's message to the Anthonys: "Go away, far away, please."

Dr. Phil didn't (by himself) make the Anthonys celebrities - the whole world did - he's having them on his show because he makes big ratings and money by doing so. Americans are capitalists and he's an American (or an alien!), so we can't be too mad at him - he's just 'following the money'.

If we could wipe out such morons as Nancy Grace, Dr. Drew, Jane Valez Mitchell etal, who continue to bring this sick family to the forefront every day, the Anthonys would GO AWAY!

NO ONE EVER made little Caylee the object of this mess - it says a lot about what people will say and do in the name of ratings/fame.

Susan I believe they can profit from this 'foundation' as they did from the last one!

the Caylee Marie Anthony Foundation accounting showed that the "administration" kept 80% of the dollars collected up to Dec. 2009.
Only 20% was spent on , I guess, missing children.
The "adminisration" officers were George & Lee and Cindy Anthony, Mallory & her Mother and Brenda Black.

Mark Lippman, the couples attorney, told WFTV that the Anthonys plan to be the nonprofits officers and draw salaries because they are unable to work. Nguyen said the new nonprofit would be separate from the Caylee Marie Anthony Foundation, which will remain active.
