Tell me what you think of these cabinets together

First off, here's the rendering of the layout:

Going for a bit of a Mission look--will have a slate tile floor in a Versailles pattern. The island is butcher block--not sure about the other countertops yet, but we're looking at quartz and soapstone (Any suggestions on that will be good). We don't want them to be blue like in the rendering--I prefer greens. All of this will be quartersawn oak.

So I figured for all the lowers, we'd go with this: http://www.medallioncabinetry.com/Product.aspx?productID=158&CategoryID=2

And for the uppers on the cooking side and the one upper above the microwave, this: http://www.medallioncabinetry.com/Product.aspx?productID=570&CategoryID=2

And for the two wall cabinets on the side with the sink, microwave, and dishwasher, these glass doors: http://www.medallioncabinetry.com/Preview.aspx?ImgSrc=./images/uploads/IMTR_Trinity.jpg&Width=161&Height=326&ProductType=PRODUCT_GLASSDOOR

If you click on the Mission doors themselves, you can see the stains. I was thinking pecan or chestnut for the cabinets, and then for the island one of the specialty coastal colors. Which one of those colors do you think would look the best with a slate floor, wrought iron pulls and knobs, and the pecan or chestnut cabinets? And do you think the uppers will look right with the lowers?
