Actually I was thinking polished nickel because of your faucet until I noticed your pendant finish. I think if you are going to have dark pendants that make such a statement you should tie that in somehow, such as bronze hardware. However, I think you could do almost anything. It seems people combine all sorts of finishes together and it always looks fine. What are your appliances?
You should get samples of hardware and have someone hold them up for you (and take pics and post them here!). I think this is your best bet.

Even though I tend to be a "mitchy-matchy" person, my CKD said to remember that all metals should be considered neutral. I have SS appliances, sink, faucet. ORB hardware seemed to look better with the tortoise ceramic floor, bronze glaze on the cabinets, and darker wood trim on the cabinets in our rustic kitchen. We were also able to get samples to look at.

I think it was good advice to look at overall tones/colors and not just the other metals. I also liked all pulls.

I would tend to go with the lighting finish. The sink and faucet can be considered a functional part of the kitchen, while the lighting and hardware (while functional) can be considered decorative elements.

Thanks everyone! I am going to get some samples and play with the overall effect; my one area of concern is that my dishwasher is next to the SS apron sink, and it is will have a matching panel and hardware as the cabinets; just wondering if a big bronze appliance pull will look funny next to the sink. These sorts of things keep me up at night!

I don't think the different finishes will look funny either. I've got antique pewter pulls and knobs, stainless sink, faucet, DW and ovens, and bronze bell lanterns! The pulls on the drawers right next to the stainless dishwasher don't seem to compete with one another. Pick out your samples and pick what you think you'll love - it'll be great!
