Suggestions for Soothing Green in Master Bedroom

Hi. My kitchen/dining room, living room, and hallway are all painted SW Believable Buff. I am wanting to paint the Master Bedroom a nice soothing green color. It flows off of the hallway that is painted SW Believable Buff.

The room is not very large, has crown molding and all white trim. Our furniture is a dark mahogany. I have a white bedspread.

I'm selling the house and would really appreciate some suggestions.

You might look at BM Palladian Blue, which is a favorite of many people here. It is a blue green gray, which tilts green at my house. If you google the words Palladian Blue and then click on Images, you will see lots of examples.

Thank you so much Cherri for you sweet compliments! I wish you the best finding the perfect paint for your house....I played it safe also when building 6 yrs. ago and went with Ivorie thru out the downstairs public rooms and bedroom bath. Later changed the DR to restrained gold and the bedroom to mannered gold. then just this past Oct. changed the LR to raspberry red. I think you get more comfortable in your home the longer you are there and are willing to take more risks. Now I wish I had painted Mannered gold in the FR which is a 22 ft. ceiling room...ha! The Ivorie is staying for now until DH decides to hire a painter....LOL! But go for it if you are building....once blinds are up, furniture is in , pictures and art are hung.....the paint colors tone down. I especially love the mannered gold. It made the tones in our bedroom furniture seem much richer. I left the bathroom Ivorie since gold isn't my color in clothing shades and was afraid it might make us look sallow or jaundiced in the bathroom. We had thought of wallpapering it buy life gets in the way sometimes and projects get put on hold. But the deeper shades on that paint strip, restrained gold & mannered gold are very pretty colors. I would move the chest to the window wall and hang a mirror over it; leave the lamp in the corner, but pull it forward a bit; set the chair at the same angle as now, but pulled along the wall just enough to make opening the dresser drawers comfortable; and hang all the pictures in one arrangement near the chair on the wall where the dresser is now. I'd also replace the lampshade with a white or cream one, and add a light, colorful lumbar pillow to the chair to mitigate all the brown in that corner.

I did chip it! on the shower curtain and it comes out SW Dutch Tile Blue if that helps.... On screen, looking at the shower curtain stripe, it looks close to BM wedgewood gray. but for a more soothing room, I think I would go with a much lighter shade of that color...that color seems too saturated to be soothing to me. Maybe something like BM summer shower. In my room, it took forever to get the right color and what I realized was I was looking for the color of the sheen in the drapery fabric when the light hit it...that's not something a color machine or even a person is going to be able to match as it needs to be done in the actual light in the room. So I brought home about 15 paint chips and I taped them up to different walls to look at them during different times of the day, and finally found it. It was a PPG color. Beautiful bedroom! That Delta Green is gorgeous.
I painted one wall of my daughter's room a PPG color called Bahai Grass, and it's similar to the Delta Green. We love it.

I have SW Believable Buff in my common areas and hallway, and would like to use SW Ecru in the bedroom. In every picture I've seen it appears very calming.

We used BM Mellowed Ivory - a soft, fresh pale green - love it! We used BM Linen white for the trim.

If you plan on using a Sherwin Williams paint, Koi Pond is a very pretty green. It looks to be very close to Porter Paints Delta Green. I helped my friend paint a kitchen, with the rest of the house being a warm tan, and the two colors compliment each other very well.

November Rain comes to mind but it is really light colored more of a white that is tinted slightly green.

We have a wonderful BM green in our master bedroom. It's very soft, with no yellow undertones. I think that it is Stolen Moments, but when I just went to check it on colorcharts.org, it looked grey. But my monitor is really off.

We used a BM Affinity color called Spa in a small bedroom-turned "office" (in Aura, matte finish). It's a very soothing green IMO, but I might have been influenced by its name!

It's a soft green, and I think it's "matured" into a really nice color over the past 6-7 months (for awhile there it was looking a bit minty during some parts of the day, but it's mellowed very nicely).

We have Behr Dried Chervil. It's a sage green that I love!
