Last questions before I start painting my cabinets

I started gathering up supplies today to paint my bathroom cabinets black. I got the paint (SW), primer tinted gray, and a paintbrush. When I asked the guy at SW about the Dirtex cleaner, he told me it was just an ammonia based cleaner, so it would be cheaper for me to buy some ammonia. I didn't think to ask if he meant straight ammonia or mixed with water. Do you think the ammonia is good or should I buy something else? I also meant to ask him about a grain filler. Is that something I should get and where would I find it? HD or Lowes? I'm sure DH has sandpaper in the garage, but is there any certain grit I should use? I got the PrepRite ProBlock Interior Exterior primer, because Igloochic mentioned that you don't need to sand or strip the cabinets with it, so I'll just be doing some light sanding. Anything else I'm forgetting?
