Your cabinets look beautiful!

I generally don't mind different handles, but I actually don't think the alternate handles you've selected work. They really are much a more modern look and don't seem to look right with the cabinets themselves.

Sorry if that's not what you wanted to hear! I by no means am an expert so I'll be interested to see what others think.

Do those handles come in black or ORB to downplay their more modern look?
Is it too late to have the door and drawers redone so that they have indented finger notches carved right into the tops of them. I don;t think I described that very well. But lips along the tops for the fingers to go into and pull them.

This particular style only comes in aluminum... I have seen other handles like this but they are thicker and will not work...
I do not think I can have the drawers or door modified...
I will keep thinking... Maybe the birdcage ones that fold down...

If you still like the aluminum ones, you could spray paint them ORB to match your other hardware. Rustoleum and Krylon both make paints in that finish, and I used the Rustoleum to transform some copper pulls I found on eBay to ORB. Or maybe paint them to match the doors and blend in, so they disappear more like the finger notches suggested.

I was recently looking at rmkitchen's finished kitchen post and pics. She used pulls just like that only on her pantry cabs near the window so that the pulls wouldn't hit the window molding. I think her other pulls were cup pulls, but I can't remember. Her kitchen was very different than those modern pulls. Looking at her kitchen as a whole, I never noticed those hidden pulls ,and I've looked at her kitchen many times.

I think that if you install those, they end up a little more hidden than they show now. I don't mind them. A darker color would work a bit better.

I have a very similar corner, and we just let the handles band each other. We went through all kinds of ideas before just deciding to let them bang. But our corner is not separated from the rest of our kitchen like yours. Is the cream/white part of your pulls ceramic that could break with banging?

I'm assuming that you will use the same hidden pull on all of those corner drawers and doors (if not, and you plan to use them on only the door and drawer that hit each other, then my vote is to not use the hidden pulls). Will that type of pull work on the top drawer once the countertop is installed? It might be hard to grab.

The over-the-door handles do not come in another color but aluminum... I have seen them in other colors but they are a different type that are not as thin and would not be useful for us... If I paint them, wouldn't the paint come off? Does it have to be a special paint?

We would put them in all drawers, good point that it will be hard to grab the top one with the granite installed. I always learn something here!

We checked and there is enough space for the regular handles and a knob in the door, just will have to be careful. If they break i can replace.

I am assuming that the regular handles (ceramic with ORB) go with the style of the cabinets and that you like them?

I really like the ceramic/ORB pulls (but then, that may be a reason to be skeptical!) Seriously, very nice.
