Artemis, I don't have any pictures yet, but we're planning on white appliances, including a vintage stove. Our overall plan is very similar to yours. Our fridge is stainless, but if I had it to do over again I wouldn't hesitate to go with white.

I noticed that Buffalotina has a white dishwasher and white cabinets. Her other appliances are stainless (with a cool blue stove!). But hopefully it will give you a visual to go by for at least that one aspect.

Here's my previously all oak kitchen in creamy white. The stove and beadboard backsplash are real white. After two years I am still in love with the clean, brightness.
The working end:

Buffalotina here... When I remodelled my kitchen I already had a white fridge (Amana, nothing fancy) and a white Miele DW which I absolutely love and both were fine and not ready for replacement. The fridge is tucked away out of sight in the breakfast nook and looks OK there because there are no cabinets and the other stuff in there is utility white wire shelving, racks etc. As you see I did the Blue range. I agonized over whether the white DW would be OK but I decided to go ahead with it rather than trying to panel it or anything. My rationale was that as you look at that wall the backsplash is white and the white DW is also in the vertical plane and so I think it looks fine. I also have the small freestanding white cabinet that stands in the vertical plane. Also my cabinets are a very yellowy cream (Brookhaven French Vanilla) and so there was no problem with white on white where the whites might not look good together. That all said if and when I replace the DW and fridge I am tempted to go stainless... but it will probably all depend on what fridges are available at that point. Right now I am lusting over a Liebherr....and that is only in stainless... and when push comes to shove I may not be able to bring myself to spend that much on a fridge.

I think I would be inclined to go with what looks more period for the 1915 house...and perhaps showcase the white vintage range and keep it the only white appliance?

Thanks---beautiful kitchens! @dian57, I had decided against a black dishwasher because it seemed like that was mixing up the colors too much, but I really like the effect yours has with your dark counters---looks like it belongs! So maybe I should reconsider that.

We spent a while grappling with this last night, and are also now considering the really nutty idea of painting half of the cabinets gray and half of them white. (The cabinet on the wall with our stove and d/w are all lower frameless cabinets, so we could do those in gray with modern hardware; on the opposite wall, there will be floor-to-ceiling inset framed cabinets based on an existing built-in that's getting the boot, and I've been hoping to reuse the old hardware---glass knobs and butterfly hinges---so I'm really reluctant to paint those cabinets anything other than a traditional white...but they will also have a wood counter so maybe that will work to have two contrasting styles, but with elements in common?)

Also checked prices on our appliances again....only $50 to switch the d/w to stainless, but $180 for the refrigerator (!!) so it's hard to swallow that when, all else being equal, we'd rather have the white one to begin with! *sigh*

Here are two kitchens , the first one is my son´s . His is glossy white with black granite , the second is mine, also glossy white but with Kashmir white granite. we have white LG French door fridges and white Siemens ovens. the dishwasher are integrated . I don´t like stainless steel and neither do they (my son and his wife)
I would do this again in a heartbeat , we have lived here for about 2 years.
ignore the fridge in my kitchen, we need to recess it into the wall, was done wrong in the beginning and My husband needs to find time to do it.
We have not found the right backsplash so that is on hold for now.
Probably will use white or light gray glass tiles .
