Another thought on my guest room and options!

I've attached pictures of my current guest room. The room only gets indirect light and tends to be darker. The green color on the wall was painted before we moved in. Everything else in the room I want to keep. The headboard is from Restoration Hardware and is covered in Army Duck Sand color (Latham headboard). Got it off Craigslist so was a steal.

My original idea was to paint the room Manchester Tan HC-81 (this color is used throughout my home and is in the in hall going into the room) and the accent wall (behind headboard) the Blue - Smokestack Gray.

You all gave me good feedback on all that. However, saw this in a model home and had thoughts that maybe I should do something like this instead (keep walls neutral and use blue in accents only). What do you think?

Lastly, if you opted for the blue wall what type of window treatments would you use and in patterened or solid?

Thanks!
