Should I add a sub panel my main panel is full

I have a 200A main panel and all of the breaker slots are full. I need to add a 30A breaker for a kiln in my attached garage. Should I add a sub panel? My main panel has 50A, 30A, 25A, 20A, 20A, and 30A(for my dryer) breakers on one side. The other side has 50A, 30A, 20A, 20A, 15A, 30A, 20A, and 30A breakers. Should I remove the 30A breaker(for my dryer) and use that slot to feed a sub panel? If so, what amperage should the sub panel be? The sub panel would need two 30A breakers for my dryer and the kiln. I would also want to have a litte more room to add 15A and 20A breakers. What do you suggest? The dryer is near the breaker box, but the kiln will be about 50 feet away.

Thanks,
