wiring and code question

Hi all, I'm just getting to the wiring portion on my patio room addition to my house. My old rear doors are now an entry way into the new room, I've installed new French doors to lead outside of the new addition. I have some quick questions:

1. Do I need to put a light switch on the wall with the exterior French doors, or am I covered by having the two overhead light switches on the wall as you enter the room from the house?

2. I plan on installing( one one 20 amp circuit ) the required 6 foot rule receptacles, two overhead outlets for ceiling fans, two new exterior lights with a switch on the exterior door wall, and (on another 20 amp circuit ) a new dedicated GFCI outdoor receptacle in an enclosed waterproof box. Is there anything I'm missing for code for a patio room? This will be inspected but I want it to go smoothly. Do I need at least one hard wired smoke even though the rest of the house doesn't have one? AFCI breaker for all new circuits?

As usual, thanks for any help, I appreciate all your time.

Ryan
