Wiring for 220V pump connected to Generator

Hello-

I have a pool pump that I will need to run during a construction project for 90 days where the power service will be disconnected. It's over 100 degress here, so I need to find a way to run this pump.

The pool pump can only run at 230V (115V is not an option) and has 4 wires going to it right now....

1. Common (fed from 1 115V breaker...I think)

2. Line (fed from 1 other 115V breaker...I think)

3. Green wire to neutral bar on breaker panel

4. A ground that is simply connected to the metal underground conduit pipe.

Currently there are 2 120V breakers feeding a power line

Can anyone tell me how I could wire this to a plug that I could just plug into a generator with a 220V receptacle?

My builder will have one on site and said I can plug into his generator, but I need a plug, since it won't be on the jobsite all of the time...

Thanks for your help!!
