Husbands New Mediation Date

Well, the two months of his supervised visitation is up at the first of the month, we received papers in the mail for his new court date. They have it set for October 18th, knowing that I am due October 16th, and having stated in the court papers that mediation could not be set around the middle of the month they set it up for that date anyways. They didn't even confirm this date with him, they just set it up and were done with it. After calling her attorney and bi*ching about it, they said the only other date they would be willing to set it for was the 23rd. He said that would not be good enough, he then went on to say that he has been willing to do almost everything that BM has wanted to insure he gets the visitation he deserves but he said he would not be willing to budge on this one. He was then advised that if he wanted a different date he would have to approve it with BM. He called his ex-wife and told her that the date needed to be changed to a later date, maybe the first part of November. She said NO, that she didn't want to. He asked her nicely and reminded her that I was going to be delivering that part of the month and he didn't want to have to worry about missing any court date because of the baby being born. After begging her (not exaggerating) she said she would think about it and let her attorney know what she decided. I simply told him that if she isn't willing to make a sacrifice for him because of this, then he should just contact that court system and file a complaint that they failed to follow through with 2 parts of the mediation agreement. 1) Not approving the mediation date with him, like it says on the paperwork 2) Setting the date during a time frame which had been designated unavailable.

Am I wrong for being angry about this? I mean his ex-wife knew that I was delivering that time and she deliberately did this. I mean I know she doesn't have to give a rats butt about me or the baby my DH and I are having but jeeze I mean a little human decency would be nice. And on top of that not even allowing him to move the date back a few weeks, she had him begging and my DH does not beg. I could hear her yelling at him on the phone when I was sitting next to him on the couch watching TV. The entire time that he has been doing his visitations at the park I have dropped him off and picked him not even going with him, trying to give him his space with SD. Even though I have been asked repeatedly to come with him. I was hoping to spend sometime with the two of them so she could get use to be being around, but found that not to be a good idea as the BM attitude towards me.

What should I do?
