Minor Question re Matching Light Switches Is Driving Me Crazy

I can't believe how this minor dimmer switch question has been making me crazy. It has to do with some dimmer switches that have a light behind them so that you can see them at night, and other dimmer switches don't.

Anyway, for our kitchen re-do, we are using Lutron Diva dimmers (P.S. this cannot be changed). Two of the dimmers will be next to each other in a 2-gang wallplate. Should be no big deal, right? Well, one of them needs to be an electronic low-voltage dimmer, and the other is an ordinary incandescent dimmer. Diva electronic low-voltage dimmers only come with a backlight-nightlight glow feature. I don't really like the backlight feature, but Lutron doesn't make the electronic low voltage dimmer without it, so I must have it. The incandescent switch comes with or without the nightlight-glow feature. So, do I have two glowing switches next to each other, or one glowing switch and one non-glowing sharing a wallplate? Help me decide, please, it's making me insane!
