Inaccuracies? Lets see. In your first post you said "I have my telephone, cell phone, electricity accounts set up to do the same. Have been doing this for about 15 years without a SINGLE problem." In your very next post, you go on to say "When online banking first started (and back when my account was with Seafirst (now Bank of America), I started using their online payment method. It was complicated; I had to give the bank the payee information and rely on the bank to get it right. For one payee, the bank was sending the payment to the wrong payee and I didn't find out for several months when the right payee contacted me directly. It took a couple of weeks for the bank to get it straightened out and the money back in my account. Although inconvenient, I did not lose a dime. But I suspended all of the online banking at that point because clearly I could not trust the bank to get it right." You said you have NEVER had a SINGLE problem and in your next post admit to having had one? So which one is it? Next inaccuracy. "I never made the inference that those who don't use debit cards or auto pay might be paranoid. I did infer that people who make decisions based on faulty information rather than factual information were being hysterical and or paranoid." Read your sentence again. "There seems to be as much hysteria and paranoia about auto payments as about debit/cc cards." Where did you say that "that PEOPLE who make decisions based on faulty information rather than factual information were being hysterical and or paranoid"? People DO have problems with debit/autopay. They also have to wait longer to get their money back. You said so yourself. Why is it ok for you to point out others inaccuracies while admitting none of your own? In any case, it is insulting to refer to anyone as being "hysterical or paranoid" just because they choose to adopt different banking methods.

That's a good one....And you know someone will fall for it....The one that makes me angry, when you get your bill and there is a check inside for maybe $15.00, made out in your name and then on the back in very, very fine print, if you cash that check, your account will be billed so much for the insurance...How many elderly people cash that check and then wonder what they are paying for later.....

HAHA troll, nope just someone who can look at both sides fair and square. Most buyers need a lot of education in buying a home. Noone can answer my simple question: Why should i give up a $1200 2 bdrm apartment in nyc, with a great landlord, and take on a $3500-4000 total monthly bills buying this 2 family house? When the numbers get close together i will buy, that means the current price of $750K has to be lower then $450K...even if my rent goes up to $1800 its still cheaper to rent. Plus America is losing its long term job base, so unless you have a reason to live in the same area for at least 10 years, then owning is going to cost you a lot ...better to rent and max out the 401k IRA. So not a troll just someone who can use a calculator wisely

I want to thank you all for helping us out with this. We called our VA Rep that we have been working with for the last few months and she told us that she has Heard Nothing about them. But If something sounds as good as that then its better to leave it alone. My husband and I have never bought anything on Credit . My thoughts was the way my grandma told me to be . If you dont have the money for it Never use credit. (lol My grandma had a lg farm and everything was theirs . they had No payments on anything other then Normal house hold bills . So I lived by that . From New cars ect. I just saved Money and paid cash for everything. last yr my told my husband that I wanted my own home something that we can grow old in he said Ok. I started looking and found out that we would have to build our credit because we have never used it. We have No bad marks on our scores just dont have any. last time our Rep checked our scores where Now in the low 600's. They Need our scores to be at 650 or better. So Now we just keep working on it and stay where we are at till we get it going. thanks again all
