Wants to replace the locks of my house

Hey the locks of my house are in a very bad situation and they are also belongs to very old technique so now i want to replace them with advanced locks so that i'll feel more secure but i dnt know that which locksmith will be the best for me? if someone have suggestions kindly share them with me.

Replacing locks is usually very simple. Ask a handy friend to help you out.

You are missing an oven. You are under no obligation to contact Bosch multiple times and slowly make your way up their ladder. Once you contacted them and notified them of the issue, you've done your "nice and reasonable" part. Now they're giving you the run around and it needs to stop. You have a contract with them and they are not honoring it. If they wanted a "buy-back" or "refund" option, it should have been in their contract of adhesion (where they get to write all the terms and you just have to take it or leave it.) If I were you, I'd send a letter (via overnight mail w/ signature confirmation) to the CEO. I would cc: customer service via email. I'd also cc: your state attorney general's office and the BBB. I would include a copy of the warranty, and explain that you either want: 1) the warranty fulfilled as written (repair or replace), or 2) if they want to negotiate a different agreement, you're willing to take $X (which is an amount that would allow you to purchase a comparble model PLUS compensate you for any changes you have to make in the kitchen to accomodate a new model, PLUS compensate you (a small and reasonable amount) for your inconvenience. I would also mention that you've described their treatment of your situation here on GW. I can tell you that hearing this makes me not want to do business with them because if I pay that much for a stove, I want service that is commensurate. If I want to take a risk on getting messed over by a company, I'd rather get a cheapy $400 stove somewhere. Fancy appliance features mean nothing if there is no support when the product doesn't work as advertised (or at all, for that matter.)

Hi, E Weiss, It looks like you've got a lot of responses to sift through! I just wanted to chime in and ask if you've considered other window materials? I think wood is beautiful but you're right they are pretty expensive especially when you want to replace all the windows in a house or building and without regular/frequent maintenance they won't last long. Even aluminum or fiberglass cladded aluminum windows eventually need to be replaced because water/moisture can find its way behind the cladding. I think I read that you're in an area that experiences lots of rain or snow? If you would consider something other than wood I would recommend looking for a fiberglass window vendor. A quality fiberglass window can outperform a quality vinyl and will certainly outperform an aluminum window. They'll also last longer than wood windows with much less maintenance. I can't recommend any specific product line for you, we're in Texas and used to sell Milgard's Ultra Series but Milgard was acquired by another company and they've left the state. Milgard may have also stopped selling the fiberglass Ultra series. It looks like fiberglass-windows.com suggests Marvin, Milgard, Fibergrame, and Pella as fiberglass window manufacturers. Do you mean the "tower" in that last pic IMO that looks as cheap as the desks. Could you take pics showing the whole space and a to scale floor plan would be good. I agree open your mind to other finishes too. White furniture can often look cheap unless you go way up in price

Advice from a 60+ yr old woman, just go to a home improvement store and buy new ones-even ACE or ACO have new locks & door handles. The cost for a locksmith will be about $60 per lock, plus the visit and hardware. From the store, you can get them all keyed alike in the finish you want (brass, chrome, brushed stainless). All you will need is a scewdriver, to remove the 2 screws (usually on the inside of the house) (or one inside and one outside) and the 2 screws on the side of the door---and ask the store worker if you are unsure of doing that kind of work. Take a good look at your handles/locks at home before you go-and measure the thinkness of the door. You can always return the locks and call a locksmith.
. I work in the yard alot, so I installed a push-button lock door handle from the garage into the house. No need to carry a key, and I put in a code that is easy for me to remember (not the house addresss, or my birthday)and I can change that code at any time. Some theives would see the garage door open and enter the house while the homeowner was mowing the back yard. I just use it for peace of mind. I do have a hidden key incase the batteries fail, but it has been about 3 years now, and it is still working great.
Also think about using longer screws (2") for the striker-so it is into the frame of the house and not just the moulding.
Doing many home repairs is so easy with all the information available on the net. I recently replaced a broke garbage disposal, the hardest part was getting back up off the floor when I was done.
