Granddaughter's Crafting

My 9 year old Granddaughter, Bailey, loves to craft. She's like her Grandma and Momma.. She has been taken by the colored duct tape crafts. She hunts online for ideas. This past weekend they went camping. Bailey sat up a table with her homemade sign and started selling. She made over $60.00 selling her goodies. She had people waiting in line. She even had a grandpa buying them for his granddaughter. I gave her some good Joann coupons and she went yesterday and stocked up.

It is so funny because she is so tight with her money. She tries to con Mom and Dad into paying for her stock. Dad made a deal with her that he would pay half if she saved half..

I bought her the looms for Christmas. She made a couple teachers at her school that were having babies hats. Great thing about Bailey is she loves to give to others.. I am very proud of her.

Thank you so much Dixie. We visited one site today and could take hours to look at all the different crafts. I would like to find her some things that would sell. Last year was her first year at having kid crafts. She did not do bad..but would like to find some things kids would really like !! We made some glitter pens today ..but would you believe we could not find the double stick tape anywhere . Walmart..Joannes , nor Michaels!! So we got some tape I thought would work and it did not work the best!! She is much more excited this year and has matured sooo much this year!! I am excited to get started and so is she!!
