Spirits visit at sister house.....picture

This is the picture I took of my sister, all the others were crystal clear, but this one. We think mom and dad were with us this day, in fact we are sure of it. The picture taken right before it showed a vague smokey type substance further back behind her, and this one was the next shot. The photo after this one is clear. This was taken about 10 am on Saturday morning. It is a lot more pronounced in the real photo.

This one picture made our day. I have had this camera for several years, and never had anything like this appear, ever. What do you think?

Just read this thread for the first time. I've had many experiences and yes I plainly saw the deer the first time I looked at it without reading the text, other than the thread title (which hinted at something might be there). The deer is plain as day. Cool picture. Things I have seen without going into minute details: Orbs in the cemetary - I have a photograph I took where they are all over the cemetary of varying sizes and groups (taken with film, not digital) and developed at a commercial lab. It was my Mother's graveside service. They look similar to children's soap bubbles. I read about them later, after I saw them in the picture. Graveyard dog apparition in a cemetary - a thin, or pale vision of a white German Shepard that was standing there looking at me - then turned and walked back into the woods and poof - faded out of view, before it should have been out of view. Strange animal actions when asking for proof something existed. (3 times). Twice with wild birds and 1 time involving a squirrel. Too involved to explain. Astral projection - personal experience (2 times). First time scary, second time more controlled. Entry and exit point is the back of my neck both times. Read about in detail after the experiences. UFOs (many) but I work near experimental aircraft places, but these were quite visible and nothing like any aircraft I've seen before. All different than each other, and see in different places. One was quite small and I saw it over a house in my current community. It hovered and moved in various directions then sped off and disappeared. It was a green light with no definition, other than round. Music in a haunted lighthouse keeper's house (Point Lookout State Park) - America's most haunted place with cold air wafting up from the opening in the wall area in a upstairs bedroom. They were not playing any music. My son heard it too. Link to Pt. Lookout provided by the DNR of Maryland. Lots of death and misery there during the civil war. There is a mass grave of over 3800 prisoners of war there, and unmarked gravesites as well. Also, shipwrecks. If you are in the area it is open the first Saturday in November (and there are lines). The lightkeepers house is a mirror image house, with both sides the same, double everything. Cold spots that one wants to move out from immediately. Extreme deja vu around certain people. Foggy veil in a photograph taken of a deceased person moments after death, yet ALL images taken before death, and the next day are normal. Only those taken within 2 minutes of death. A soul escaping? Fog or smoke in a photograph taken at a funeral that had the outline of a face. Lights in shrubs as a child Ghost sports car (with top down) with one driver that crossed in the path of me and another person (we both saw it at the same time) and there was no road where it went, only grass. Caused the driver to hit the brakes it looked so real (yet unreal) It was moving left to right straight across in front of our path. I don't deny the existence of anything and most of these experiences were not scary, except cold spots and astral projection. Most I felt no emotion about, it was just there and I was not trying to see any of it. Some experiences felt warming. Brand me a nut - I don't care. I've seen what I've seen and that's about all I can say about it. I don't know why I see these things (and I did not see all of them alone) and some are photographed and some not. I don't have a ghost story, only one that makes you go "hmmmm". My best friend from college, Robbie, comes to WI to visit about once a year. He grew up about an hour from where I live but now lives in California. About 25 years ago, Robbie's older brother married a wonderful gal named Kay who quickly became a dear SIL to Robbie. I met her a couple of times and she was a sweet, down-to-earth, funny, loving person. The family was devastated when Kay was diagnosed with brain cancer, but she survived for several years and went through several treatments before passing away. She and her husband had one son. It's been about 15 years since Kay's death and every time Robbie visits, we talk about finding where she was buried, since Robbie would like to see her grave. He didn't remember much about the cemetery or church, so a few years ago, during his visit, we walked for about an hour through a cemetery about 10 miles from my house, since Kay and her husband lived in a small town near here. No luck, and Robbie's details are so vague, I didn't think we'd ever find the grave. Well, last fall he visited and I asked my boss if there was another cemetery in another town nearby. I didn't think there was, but she told me about one. We went there and as usual, Robbie thought this was "the one" and said he vaguely remembered her grave being near the back of the cemetery near the perimeter fence. We drove into the cemetery and found it to be very large. We drove down the main road and Robbie looked and looked for anything familiar. When we got to the end of the road, we could see that the perimeter fence was a ways away and the graves weren't even close to it, so he was doubting this was the right cemetery, either. Well, he told me to turn at the corner and then finally he said to pull the car over so we could just get out and look around. I hadn't even had time to get out of the car before Robbie checked out the closest headstone and found it was Kay's. It still amazes me and I'm certain that we had some kind of "help" finding the exact location after all those years. Here is a link that might be useful: a lucky break or what? :)

I saved this picture too. I loved it. I think you're right. I believe she was visiting her sister who had been dealing with health issues, maybe cancer. I think Trin felt it was her mom/ dad with them that day.

I definately see a face in the 'smoke' nearest your sister - a man's face, frowning... looks a little like Gerald Ford maybe? I can see a smiling face in the 'smoke' further away - it's a little harder to make out though.

I tried to enlarge the faces on Printshop, but it didn't really work. Maybe someone else will have better luck.

Yes, I think you and your Sis had company that day!

I don't see a face, but it's interesting. :)

A story just now came out on Fox News (Linked to The Sun) with this picture below. You can clearly see a hand on the banister. EEEK!

That is so interesting Trin! If you both feel that your parents were there, then I think you are right.

My Dad died in the house that we now live in. We moved here about 5 years after his death. Many times when I was standing at my kitchen sink I would see (from the corner of my eye) someone standing outside the window and when I looked straight at it, there would be no one there. But I knew it was my Dad and it always put a smile on my face.

It's funn that you mention seeing someone out of the corner of your eye. When I was at sisters, and only in her kitchen late at night, twice I saw someone out of the corner of my eye. I took pictures, but nothing ever came of it.
I am not sure if I mentioned that when sis and I were growing up at about age 4 and 6, she always saw a man eating dinner with us every Sunday at grandmas house. She always just knew it was grandpa. It wasn't until just this last summer, she happened to mention it in passing, and I told her that grandpa had died long before we were born. She about fell over. She swears there was always a man there, and if she ever saw a picture of him she would know if it was grandpa or not. Sadly, no one in the family has a picture of him after age 13 or so. But I am still looking! I think, if there is such a thing, my sister seems to "attract" spirits from beyond. crazy, I know, but she just seems to be one of the chosen.

My skin began to tingle the moment I saw that photo. Yes, I'd say your parents were most definitely with you and your sister that day. You are SO lucky!

Cool picture Haley!

Here is Trinity's picture with the faces I see circled. The top one's chin is the white spot.. if you look above the spot you should be able to make out the mouth, nose and eyes. The other circled face is much more obvious I think.

Wow Lydia that's cool. I can definitely see both faces. You have to really concentrate to see the top one but I can definitely see it.

Haley - that's pretty amazing seeing the hand on the banister.

Wow that's awesome. I also believe. This is a really good example to. I bet people that study the paranormal would love to see this. Although I'm sure it is very personal for you. Any chance you could post the before picture also. The one with the "smoke" behind your sister. Who has very pretty hair by the way.

Amazing! Yes,I think your mom and dad were definitely there.I believe there are spirits all around us! One afternoon DGS,about 6 at the time,came running into the house and told DD he saw the shadow of a man in the garage.They were out in the country so naturally she was kind of freaked.SIL went out and looked around but couldn't see anything.Since then there have been other incidents of seeing "Shadow Man" and they have come to take it in stride.A few months ago they were at her best friends house.The house they live in was built by her friend's DH's grandparents and they lived there for more than 30 years.Anyway,they were looking at some of the friends old family pictures and came across one of grandma and grandpa and DGS said,"Mom,that's Shadow Man!" so I guess grandpa is still roaming around out there!LOL
Trin-I am so glad you had such a good visit with your sister.I can tell it did both of you good!

A dog for sure!! we were raised by several dogs. But our french poodle Bridgett comes to mind. She was the first dog that us kids grew up with. She was a small poodle, and our mother spoiled her terribly. Wow! I never would have thought. Yep, for sure that is Bridgett.
She would be hanging with mom and dad for sure.
