FSBO question

I have my house FSBO just for two weeks now. I interviewed four agents before I decided what to do. I am offering the standard 3% to buyer's agents and told them all that. One of the agents just called and said she had two possible interested buyers. Then she asked if I would offer them 4% if they brought an offer.

My response was that I would offer them 4% for a full price offer. How did I do? I think that sounded reasonable to me. If they want the extra percentage without any out of pocket expense for advertising shouldn't they work a bit on my behalf? Or does that make it a conflict of interest on theirs and should I care if it does? I know before I sign any agreement with them on %'s I will have a lawyer look it over.
